I didn't feel like doing a long workout but this was so fun it flew by! I love the compound moves and felt amazing afterwards. I do your videos all the time, they're better (and harder!) than anything else on You Tube. I love your focus on strength, I've definitely seen my muscles grow. More strength please!
Super workout! Loved the combo up/down plank with the weight move. You never let it get boring. Every time you let those negative comments get to you just remember how many people you are helping, empowering, teaching and enabling to live better lives EVERY DAMN DAY. Loved this workout as I did before! Went pretty quick loved the exercises ad the circuits. Had to modify a bit , which is hard for me, due to an injury but was able to do most exercises! Thank You !

I loved this workout! I just retired at the end of June, and was doing 30--40 min workouts to get them in before work. Now I can go back to these longer workouts, which I much prefer. Great work, Tracy, thank you!

Tracy, I honestly believe people are negative towards others and say hurtful things because they envy them, they don't have what that other person has but totally want it so they'll say negative things to make themselves feel better to bring you down! There are thousands and thousands of people out there that a very grateful for you and all the hard work you put in to keep us all moving daily! I honestly wouldn't be where I am today with you! Thank you for everything you do! You are so appreciated and one of my biggest inspirations, I want to look just like you do when I'm in my 50's 🥰💕👊

I loooove these type if workouts!! I use them on my alternate days to shock my body. The next day is a rest day and then I am back.to leg day...then the next day upper body day...💪🏼
I pushed through. To think that I use to be in the gym for 1-2 1/2 hours pre pandemic. Now I have to push to finish a 60 minute workout. Must be age, but I needed to do this. Thank you for always challenging us.

I just did those military to elbow presses with 10lbs and those pop presses with 25s. I never would’ve thought I could do that! You inspire me and keep me motivated..and just thank you so much!

I'm a small business owner too, and I distribute a lot of audio and video content for free every week. For the most part, I get a lot of positive feedback. However, every once in a while, I'll get silly negative comments like "you breathe too much". I just have to remind myself that I'm constantly putting myself out there, and I should be proud because most people don't have the guts to do that. Keep being you!! 💖

This was a great workout! I really enjoyed the 2 punch 2 frog squats....theres something rhythmically enjoyable about it. I noticed at the end of the 3rd round of them you laughed and shared that these are fun for you. I wonder if it's the same thing...? For me its something about the pause at the bottom that's immediately grounding right before and after a jump 🤷🏻♀️ I donno, but I loved it. Anyway, super proud to be in the cheerleading seats to cheer you on as you battle it out in that arena 🤸♀️🎊🥳🤸♀️ you make a great gladiatrix with strength courage and an open heart 🙏🏻💕

Whew. I think I died and then came back to life. That was tough, but I’m proud of myself for getting through it successfully. Thank you for putting together such unique and challenging workouts that always make me feel better than I did before I started. On a side note, it’s funny that one person’s favorite move can be another person’s least favorite move. You kept saying that I loved the mountain climber/push up combo. Holy cow, I hated those! This was a great workout! I really enjoyed the 2 punch 2 frog squats....theres something rhythmically enjoyable about it. I noticed at the end of the 3rd round of them you laughed and shared that these are fun for you. I wonder if it's the same thing...? For me its something about the pause at the bottom that's immediately grounding right before and after a jump 🤷🏻♀️ I donno, but I loved it. Anyway, super proud to be in the cheerleading seats to cheer you on as you battle it out in that arena 🤸♀️🎊🥳🤸♀️ you make a great gladiatrix with strength courage and an open heart 🙏🏻💕

Whew. I think I died and then came back to life. That was tough, but I’m proud of myself for getting through it successfully. Thank you for putting together such unique and challenging workouts that always make me feel better than I did before I started. On a side note, it’s funny that one person’s favorite move can be another person’s least favorite move. You kept saying that I loved the mountain climber/push up combo. Holy cow, I hated those! But I did them. Thanks again, Tracy.
