Long time since a power hour ! A minute is a long time ! I really loved all the circuits but my fave was the one where we sit on bench with the 15 lb weight and come up and give a little jump holy quads! Thank you for filming this one!
Much needed! The weather is lousy here today, no outside exercise so this power hour was exactly what I needed. Excellent combination of challenging and some of my favorite moves 😛. I don’t really pay attention to the music so didn’t notice the change (too busy listening to your guidance and silliness 🤩 which I love. )

I added it to Sydney Cummings 30 min kickboxing workout today and all I can day is WOW WOW WOW. Talk about a thorough workout. Loved it!! 🏋🧡🔥

Another amazing workout! So many thoughts!!! Circuit 2 was my favorite, too! For some reason, Circuit 4 seemed to go faster than the others. Haha! I have a hard time hammer curling much weight (10-15 lbs tops depending on the day) because of tennis elbow that tends to flair at the most inopportune times. So I used 30 lb Power Blocks, slowed the squat/deadlifts down a bit, and did suitcase squats. I love how heavy weights feel with deadlifts! I *was* able to use 15 lbs the 3rd round of the King Kongs! Yay! Thanks, Tracy!
Crazy good workout! I always want to start from my knees with push-up exercises, but I pushed myself and did them from toes as long as I could. I remember when I couldn’t do a single from the toes push-up, but now I can do like 20! #progress!
BEWARE Circuit 3 - High risk of getting stucked in the couch ;D Your rythm is so high I checked my reading speed ! If it's x2, then why are minutes so loong ah ah 1hour is REALLY challenging, thanks to your dog for adding extra fun. I congratulate you for the whole range of exercises so we never get bored.

Before I try your new power hour workout, I wanted to try one that I have in my watch later queue 😊. This was good. I liked the jack frog squat and the 8 high knees, 8 scissors moves. Power hour workouts are brutal with the 60 second intervals 😬. A power hour with no repeat cardio would be fun 🤩!
