I’m so excited to share these with my husband. He complains that his lower back hurts really bad after he mows the lawn or golfing. When walking I think he is compressing the spine. We know he has arthritis in his back. Thanks guys.
I just wanted to tell Bob & Brad how much they have helped me. I was suffering from SI joint pain, I had been to doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists, but no one was really able to help, I happened to see a video of Bob & Brad utilizing the Serola Belt AND IT CHANGED MY LIFE!! I was so thankful that I happened to see that video. This belt has worked wonders with the pain that I was experiencing. I just want to THANK YOU BOB & BRAD for taking the time to share the information on this belt. I just ordered another one to have on hand in order to keep both clean. I can wear one while the other one dries after cleaning. It was just a God thing! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Many prayers out to Bob. ❤🙏
I was diagnosed with cerebellar ataxia when I was sixty. I am sixty-nine now. My symptoms were the same as Bob described in his update. I’m doing so much better now! I was diagnosed by a team of doctors at Houston Methodist Hospital where I underwent tests for a week while getting IV steroids. They determined that my ataxia was caused by antibodies to GAD. My neurologist there has me on IVIG every 5 weeks. I am so grateful that there a a treatment that works for me and that my insurance pays. I know that the cause of our conditions was determined to be different. In my case it is autoimmune. I am praying that there will be a treatment for Bob that will help him as much as IVIG helps me! Thank you, Bob, for all you have done and continue to do to help so many people!
Intend to grab the top of a door and take weight off my feet and hang for a few minutes, I suffer with back pain but need to be careful as I had disintegrated disc between 3-5 although the operation gave me my life back literally , as after that for 20 years was able to walk the countryside go horse riding swimming climbing trees to prune them in the orchard so cannot complain. I always watch you and Bob as you have helped with some things thank you .
Thanks Brad & Mike ( & Bob!), I was diagnosed with scoliosis and lordosis a year ago. It’s not easy getting down on the floor but using my Bob & Brad blue mat to do pelvic tilts helps so much. Thanks for keeping us mobile. These exercises should be recommended to anyone with arthritis or joint discomfort and conditions.
Thank you guys! I went for a walk, have a degenerative disk & other health issues. I need to do these exercises before my walk. I was in horrible pain.
One problem with the intense exercise of gymnastics is that cartilage-tendons and joints-grow strong slower than muscles. It may be necessary to reduce the intensity of your exercise so that you're not straining your cartilage because the muscles are so strong. Your instructor(s)/therapist(s) should be able to help with this depending on location of pain.
Very helpful, guys. Good, clear instructions as always. Thanks so much. I used to do some of these at circuit training with my PT neighbour (so I know they're good). PS Mike is doing a great job. PPS Best wishes to Bob as always.
Hi ! Would be possible to see once in a while Bob , that would be even great if he can say Hello at the beginning or the end ! You are doing a great job, but we miss him ! Thank you!
I've been told recently by a specialist (Dr) that I have Lumbar Spondylosis. I feel most of my pain in the lower left of my back towards the spine. Is this a form of arthritis? I was told that it was a natural degeneration of the spine due to age. I'm only 50 and have been feeling this pain for about a year on and off. Currently in a flare up and dosing with a coated Naproxen.
Hello, guys I have been watching your show for years and I love and have used lots of your exercises for back pain. Can you talk more about scoliosis back pain, there are some exercises that I can’t do to get relief for pain and muscle spasms, I have been through PT and have numerous items used in PT, I have use the McKenzie exercises and yoga, I am in my 70’s if i over do anything just a little I can’t move for a few days , I value your professional advise. It the cat and cow in yoga😅
Hello. I feel pain in my knee (like a shock) whenever I do a standing forward bend (toe reaches) or similar exercise (this is the only way I could recreate the pain. I tried many tests). I also feel pain whenever I run for more than 20min. Please, if you have any info about the possible diagnosis, share it with me. I have a problem with my Health insurance (I wouldn't be able to get it checked right now). I had this condition for a year now. I didn't care about it at first, but I learned recently that some conditions can cause arthritis and this got me worried.
What if you can’t get in the floor? I haven’t been in the floor in a year. And I have the same PT table, but I can’t get on it. My hamstrings and hips are so tight from a disk bulge.
I have an inversion machine so I can hang. I noticed it's very nice for my back and I get to flex my heels a bit. The raised knee pillow position works very well.
I’ve been in two bad car wrecks I’ve worked hard as a nurse lifting and moving patients a lot I also fell through a roof when I was 12 then just a couple months ago I went out and dug a garden with a shovel and now my right hand is numb and I think I pulled a left groin muscle so then ortho took X-rays and said my spine was pretty narly they actually said that and that was three different ones. I haven’t worked in a month and thinking of retiring I’m 62 I also have a bad left knee and I’ve had a knee replacement to right side. I’m active normally but when you can’t hardly walk without pain and instability! I have an appointment with the main orthopedic dr tomorrow and I need answers I have stuff to do
Don't think of stuff you've got to do as the stress is not good. I had to take early retirement because I worked in the hospital too. I do understand pain very well & have many issues. Seeing a good neurologist helped me. Anyways may you get your help you need & I'd say exercise when you can. I was told water exercise by my P.T. was good. Best for you!
@@Lori-zh2hv aww thanks for the encouragement it seems I went from working full time and making the most money I’ve ever made to being old in the snap of a finger!! And all I did was garden hard!! I’ve known for years I’ve had arthritis and it was degenerative of course. But I had planned on working for a couple more years in my current field but of course right now I’m kinda at a crossroads of life I guess. Well I feel I’ll know more after ortho appt tomorrow.
My back hurts but I don't know where exactly. I can't sit down cross legged, my low back really hurts I have to lean back, my back can't be forward or even upright when I cross my legs while sitting on the floor (female 32 years old)
Hi you guys! Great video! I just re injured my QL muscle😖!!! In the past it created so many problems for me, and pulled my SI joint out of place, so then I was dealing with a bad hip! It's the overactive trigger points that keep causing problems. Any advice on how to self release trigger points? Is there any way to quicken healing of the QL muscle? Last injury literally took Years to heal. Thank you....
I just read an update regarding Bob.. Brad & Bob Have become very helpful in doing exercises for me..😊.. Mike sure does a great job too.. Gods Blessings to You All…😊 When you can, will you show exercises for flabby under arms .. W
So the answer's not MAID, as in I should get one cuz mine keeps quitting? Kidding! Pain's your body's way of saying "Get with the program stupid no one here's getting any younger, enjoy our Cdn smokes!
Saw my daughter yest, only now letting me know she'd lost her L.A. jiu jitsu competition 4 yrs back to a trans, (still only able to wrestle with guys) practiced at Planet 10, in Quebec competing is illegal maybe cuz how does one say jiu jitsu in French 🤔

This is very informative. In the UK there’s a 24 waiting list to see a physio.

I love my sacro belt and my B&B massage thumper on 2nd setting. They work wonders for me every day. Remember..."Loose hips, sink ships."
Do you have anything for after having a stroke trouble with ankle and foot pain
Any vids for upper back pain please?

Is the broomstick exercise safe for individuals with kyohosis?
I struggle to look up or reach upward. Thanks
Excellent help. In the UK it’s almost impossible to get advice from a NHS physio. Private is far too expensive
