I am beginning to really like Mike. I am impressed by at the way he demonstrates and describes things. Sure, I miss Bob, but that is not an option right now. These programs are so important to me. I’m at the point of wanting to go on the street to look for some drug relief. However, I now realize that my back pain has been getting worse and the more I have it, the more I rest. I know that doing these exercises are the clue to relieving my pain. Thank you for saving me from a line of criminal activity.

I have a 'back crisis' about once every 4 or 5 years. This time I had to keep working ( I had always been self employed so could stop everything), and even a month later I'm still having terrible hip pain, but thank heavens not the dashed to the floor bit :) It's horrible when you cannot sit due to fear of what happens when you try to stand up!

What about the pelvis muscles being unstable? Are there exercises for them too? I was told weak pelvis muscles can cause lower back and leg issues. Thank you B n B!
I have been suffering with degenerative L5 and S1 joint, I went for physical therapy and learned how to do core exercises plus I needed a steroid shot, and I am feeling so much better I have the ball, and it was worth every Penny

Perfect timing for me!!! I pressure washed my house last Tuesday and sprayed weed & feed. Wednesday I sprayed for bugs. Could not sleep Wednesday or Thursday night…excruciating low back pain going down both legs…and I have a high threshold for pain!!! Went to Dr Friday and got muscle relaxers and pain pills….🤣😢😢awful pain!!! As soon as it gets better ima do all these exercises!!!! Thanks guys!!!🙂
I use an ab roller. I was using it daily, but it works the iliopsoas too apparently. The iliopsoas was getting tight, so I tried to find some way to do abs differently, but no. What happens is the tight iliopsoas pulls on the low back and causes pain. I stretch the iliopsoas/hip flexor now. Big improvement. Sitting shortens the iliopsoas too. Couple times when standing the low back was hurting bad.
The 2 activities that always gives me back pain seizures are gardening and making the bed. My question is, do you have advice on how to safely change the sheets on a bed, and how to pull weeds safely as well? Also, what are those shoes Mike is wearing?

I had a major low back injury “prolly severe lumbar strain around January” it went away thankfully with supportive measures however I always am conscious about it. Recently I dunno what happened but I think I strained my left QL again prolly from overuse etc just woke up one day with pain “no nerve radiation etc” been a week now and it doesn’t want to go away.

I have a joint on my left side at L5 and the sacrum, Castellvi 2a with Bertolotti syndrome and a bulging disk at L4 L5 posterior right side. I have tried everything with no relief. It took forever to figure out what was wrong and why it hurts so bad...I think I have to get surgery
Watching the end of the video I'm concerned about how far Mike stretched the red resistance tube. The description says not to stretch them more than 2x their length - but that's at least 4x. So I'm wondering, how much stretching is ok?
I am 18 year boy andI have two time shoulder dislocated while doing pull up can i do again heavy pullup and can do training for army and how much time taken to recover completely please reply😢😢😢

Have you tried a TENS unit w/ IFC? Also you must do strengthening and stretching activities. Go to PT ASAP.

I've been doing different exercises for core strengthening for about 1.5 month. The pain goes away, but only for a couple of hours after training.
Hopefully you will continue to find longer relief, keep up the great work

You guys should do a standing or sitting version for beginners that can't get on the floor

Can I do these exercises after developing a big flank bulge and lower back pain following abdominal surgery about two years ago?

HoW about if you have a bulging disk? Would these exercises help?
Better to do the core exercises we posted today, for osteoporosis. They will protect the disc as well. Brad
