- In this video, we explain in detail how the 3,2,1 method of the Silva Mind Control works and how it’s used in the Silva Centering exercise. In my experience, this Silva Method technique is one of the most important exercises in the Silva Mind Control as it makes understanding and practicing all other Silva techniques much easier. If you’re new to the Silva Method, then this video will assist you in entering the Alpha level of the mind. You can practice this exercise daily in the morning when you wake up and before going to sleep (this is what I do personally).
I’ve also used this video as an opportunity to answer your questions about focussing on the area between the eyebrows during an exercise.

It's great but when right after opening my eyes I starting breathing very heavily, like if my heart suddenly increased; any idea why?

I'm a little confused. So is this video about the initial programing of 321? So when we next use it, all we have to do is say the numbers and the appropriate associations will happen automatically? Or do we have to go through the full stages ie of relaxing whole body each time we enter alpha mode. Can you please send link for the video that explains no. 4 - or is it just getting into the meditation state etc?

Hi! Yes, the video covers the initial programming of the 3-2-1 method. The Silva Centering Exercise is the foundation for all other Silva method exercises. It's designed for beginners, which is why you need to go through all the stages of relaxation. Once you've mastered this technique, you can easily enter the Alpha by doing something like this: simply take a deep breath, and while exhaling visualize the number 3 three times, take another deep breath and while exhaling visualize the number 2 three times, and finally, take one more deep breath and while exhaling visualize the number 1 three times. This will help you reach the Alpha level, though the effectiveness depends on how much you've practiced. Will release more videos soon :)
@@MindandNature101 Thank you for your answer. So on the number 3, we say and visualise it 3 times. Then go through a full session of relaxing the body - 10 mins?. Same with number 2 - but this time let the mind wander in peaceful scenes for 10 mins?
Then, after 10 ? times of doing this full version, we will automatically relax the mind and body just by saying and visualizing these numbers. It makes sense now! I'm not sure how many sessions we need to program it, but will keep going and see what happens. Thank you. You have a very relaxing voice which really helps!
