That was Amazing! After I opened my eyes I realize that both my kitty cats had come to lay with me. That's not their Day light hours jam normally. LOL. Even they needed a good meditation. Although I will say the cats also enjoy Brown noise ... So if you ever need any other help sleeping, and you have TINNITUS. .. BROWN NOISE FOR THE WIN

I don’t remember the full of it but I believe I was part of a test group using it in my school. I’ve used this centering meditation 3x a day basically since this was produced. The part with the affirmations could have been spoken a little more slowly and the words enunciated a little more clearly. Especially the long winded ones. It was hard to understand some words and repeat it in my head. Overall great meditation, thanks so much.

U can check the Silva centering exercise which is 33 minutes and guided by a lady... I personally think that's slow for me.. i like Vishens new version...
I have a question. I have Aphantasia. I can't see images in my mind's eye. Is there a solution to that? I really want to visualize but for more than I tried I can't :( @mindvalley
Some of the old time Silva instructors could either, but they were very effective in their programming. You may think of it as perceiving, sensing, imagining, feeling etc. etc.
The “outer conscious level” is your Beta level where we all function in a waking consciousness. In Beta, we experience all 5 senses and there is a concept of time, space, and locality.

I think this vid just has really bad sound quality. I'm not sure why Mind Valley would put this on here when they are trying to recruit members. I've heard this same or a very similar meditation on RUclips and the sound quality was better than this one.
Voice quality/ recording quality is poor. I sensed rushing and reading/repeating in speed and No accent note intonation on the proper sounds and part of the sentence. “sh” “Sss”, “us” this is the only sounds at the end of the words( body parts) I could not visualize anything or relax. I was only concentrating on what I could hear “sssss” Sh” and so on. Perhaps not talking that close to the microphone could help, And in-slightly slower tempo could change it massively/for better?

I did the program on mind valley. He said you can sit or lay in any position as long as you don't fall sleep.
I would recommend sitting with your feet on the floor.But,be warned if you have roaches.
