Part of the ConMari Method of decluttering is that it's not about the items that you "need", it's about only keeping the items that bring you joy - so keep that Motley Crew pass for however long it brings you joy girl!
I have heard in the past that your perfume can be degraded by being exposed to too much sunlight, so I started keeping mine in the closet. It makes me a bit sad, because they are so pretty to have on display, but they do seem to retain their potency better than they had in the past. Just made me think of it, because yours were on the windowsill.
hi katrin love your videos, just wanted to mention that you might wanna move your perfumes away from the window, the light afects them badly even if its not sunny keeping them away from the light makes them last so much longer :)

The last thing I want is to have to fit in to some kind of "group" of people who all claim to be a certain kind haha. I will always just be who I am and do minimalism the way that I want to. I have always had a "clean" style when it comes to clothing and interior design but there are minimalists who aren't into that at all. So I really hope the "community" is not one of those "YOU'RE NOT DOING IT RIGHT, YOU'RE NOT MINIMALIST ENOUGH" communities. That gets so boring so fast ^^ x

I love watching a lot of makeup declutter series.THANK YOU for NOT giving away/selling old used makeup. I really hated when I see young beauty makeup YTber saying she will give it or sell it on...etc. I am glad you stated its (highly) unhygienic. Two years ago my friend nearly lost her perfect complexion by using someone's used face makeup. Luckily she was working with me at the time, I told her to immediately go wash her face, put on aloe vera cream and throw out that cream and any other makeup that was used. She got her clear complexion back after two weeks. I've known my friend for 7 years now, she always does the same makeup face everyday, she doesn't have sensitive skin, it was definitely a bacterial infection from the used makeup and broke her out. BE WARNED don't use other people's makeup!

My absolute favorite perfume is Burberry (the plain one in a tan box with silver detailing). It's very subtle and mature, but more on the toned down musky vanilla!!
Get two containers and put all your makeup in one. Continue to use your makeup as usual, but when you use a product, move it to the empty container. After like a month, throw away what was in the originally full container, because yours not using them.
This has really motivated me to declutter my closet cause I have so much that I don't wear and so little space. I'm really loving this series ❤️ also, the view from your home is so pretty

Elizabeth and James Nirvana Rose perfume. All time favorite scent ever. I thought Elizabeth and James White was it for me and that the brands scents couldn't get better but I was proven wrong. I now wear the Rose literally every chance I get. I sometimes even just put it on around the house because I'm that obsessed. Just found your videos, loving them 👌🏼✌🏼️
I've been giving the D&G dark Blue for men to my boyfriend for 11 years...can't get tired of him wearing it. :) it's delicious! Don't think I've 'tried' the Light Blue one though...

You're so beautiful! But a good way to declutter is to have one or two suitcases and a hamper. If all if your stuff fits in them, you're good. That's what I do at least. I love you!!💕

BOX HOARDING IS A REALLY BIG DEAL!!! I have shoe boxes full of things I haven't looked at in months, but never wanted to throw them away because 'I might need them one day and as soon as I throw it out I'll need something' I gave in and threw them out without opening them. I did that a month ago, and I haven't needed anything I couldn't rebuy.
This made me declutter my makeup and especially my nail polishes all over again. Even though I haven't bought anything for a long time (unless I ran out) I still feel like I have a lot. I get so inspired from minimalist videos, and I love that you like the minimalist way too! Have you watched Jenny Mustards videos? She's one of my favorites :)
ps-also Lolita Lempicka. The original purple liquid in a gold accented apple shaped glass bottle. Fresh,clean, powdery, but also mysterious. Very oooooh-la-la!!!
Chanel does some really nice perfumes, and you can generally get samples to test out before buying if you are anywhere near a store. Also Jo Malone generally has a good selection of spicy yet fresh scents. Hope that helps!
Giorgio Armani- Acqua Di Gioa Eau de Parfum. It is amazing! Has been my go to for years. Also, love your take on minimalism. I am working to cleanse everything in my life now, tired of the distraction of stuff, stuff and more stuff. If it doesn't make me happy, it's outta here!!
I love Dior Bloomin' Bouquet. Or the new whatever bouquet scent. They're sort of sharp but light after it "settles in". I love musky and really light fresh scents at the same time so I'm also a bit picky and I love my Dior.
Some of my favorite perfumes are the Bvlgari Omnia ones. There's a more floral one, a more spicy one, a more fresh one, etc. My favorite is Crystalline because it smells really feminine while still smelling fresh. Maybe look into one of those. Loved your video! I'm also a box hoarder haha.
I love the Pacifica body mists! They also have perfumes, but I don't like perfume so I haven't tried those. But my FAVORITE scent ever from Pacifica is the coconut!
A fragrance that I really love is Sauvage. It's a men's cologne, but it has a spicy/warm/fresh scent that you might enjoy. Also Tokyo Dark makes some great alternative fragrances that might intrigue you as well!
I related so hard when you started talking about box hoarding 😂😂😂😂 I'm always like "this is a nice box, I can use this to store things in and it'll be tidier" makes more clutter anyway 😂

Usually every 3-6 months I will do a big declutter of my clothing, the only part that SUCKS is when you get rid of something that you never wear and then literally a month later you have an occasion where that item would have been perfect haha. But it's still a good thing to do! :)
Guerlain My Insolence/Insolence is amazing. There are two different versions of it - one dark for night time and one light for day time, but obvisouly you can mix it however. Anyhow, when I wear the perfume I always get compliments on it, and the scent is this wierd combo of some more heavy, spicy fragrance, but at the same time very feminine and light.
I used to have tons of makeup, and now I only own a concealer and eyebrow powder! You should try Escada - Magnetism for perfume! It's not particularly spicy, but it's kind of "heavy", but still sweet and warm. It's also an eau de toilette and not an eau de perfume, but I've found the lasting power to be quite good!
"Aqua di gio" (the one for women) is AMAZING. love it. Dolce and Gabbana "Light Blue" is similar as well as Kate Spade's " Walking on Air" these are all very FRESH and CLEAN smells but they don't have the SPICE you want, not in my opinion I guess but they are awesome.
Molecule 01- I haven't tried it but it's a perfume which basically adapts to your own skin, so it smells different on everyone. Liberties and cult beauty sell it x
Your ear plugs are so cool, you should wear them on videoooooossssss! I'd love to see how the girly ones (flowers and stuff) look on you (or someone) cause I'd never seen plugs like that before.

Yeah more decluttering videos! :) I love decluttering my home, I sell most of my stuff (at very low prices) or donate them. I feel lighter afterwards.
Marc Jacobs daisy is such a good perfume. It's not spicy but it's flowery and fresh smelling

Black Opium is a really good perfume, definitely 'spicy'/darker but still kind of floral!
For perfume... At the Body Shop (at least in Canada), "red musk" is my favourite.

For fragrance I really like YSL's Black Opium. It smells so good, a little spicy, but fresh at the same time. You might like it!

"Aqua di gio" (the one for women) is AMAZING. love it. Dolce and Gabbana "Light Blue" is similar as well as Kate Spade's " Walking on Air" these are all very FRESH and CLEAN smells but they don't have the SPICE you want, not in my opinion I guess but they are awesome.
Elizabeth and James is great ... I love the Nirvana Bourbon but they have a ton of great fragrances

Molecule 01- I haven't tried it but it's a perfume which basically adapts to your own skin, so it smells different on everyone. Liberties and cult beauty sell it x
