So well put, Mean Greene. The Queen was probably the most important person of the age because her life and reign spans such a long period of very rapid development in the modern world. I only wish well upon all the Royal Family. They were born into it, and did not choose the attention and scrutiny, I think the Queen truly evolved the Royal Family during her reign, and the Monarchy has been a strength for the UK in terms of role models for courage, strength, and determination. At 12.30pm my daughter and I were at Highgrove, for a tour of the delightful gardens with a celebratory Champagne high tea. At 1.30pm we were standing by the wire framed elephants, Tara, mother of all the buddhas, and her baby Belinda, who's name means full of life, thinking that the mother should have a bell to call the spirits, and her baby, an earring adornment. Then the heavens opened up! We spun around the riad garden of sacred geometry, blown away and flew inside. An orchestra of thunder and lightning was amplified by the high vaulted ceiling inside, as our conversation turned to butterflies.. I bought an irresistible little old lady's pretty hanky embroidered with lavender as a souvenir, because it might need it..

Finally, the flight attendant told me who she was. I went to talk to her and say Hi. I think she was happy I recognized her but at the time she was just dating Charles. I had no clue who she was. I think she was bored on the flight and just wanted someone to talk to.

Lol People tend to have a romantic version of the British monarchy while the day to day is very dull, tedious and boring. The British monarchy is all about public service, countless of engagements, greeting people and a fantastic PR machine to spin scandals. Yes, they get to live in castle and wear expensive outfit with fancy titles but it's not all fun. Hard work, commitment to duties, love and consistency win the game.

@@lyndoncmp5751 of course 😂 Poor Harry had troubles with finding a bride and nailed Meghan down while she believed in the fairytale. As you soon as she got a bit of heat from the media, she quickly bailed out and tried to rebrand herself as Princess Diana who suffered from racism. What she doesn't get is Diana was 19years old when she married and spent 15 years doing a lot of boring, dull engagements before earning the public affection. Unlike Meghan, Diana left because of unhappiness in her marriage but never spoke badly of the monarchy and the British public.
