Apparently, there are unused shadow pokemon and obtainable pokemon in the files for both games, including the ones you showed. idk how true it is, but apparently in Colosseum Loudred, Lombre, Manectric, Wingull, Steelix, Slowking, and Politoed were cut while in XD GoD Gyarados, Koffing, Milotic, Slowpoke, Gloom, Igglybuff, Cleffa, Nidoran M and F were cut as well. I feel if these are true, the reason is no moon stones in XD, and the only available leaf stone is a choice between 3 pokemon instead of 2 and no sun stone either for gloom. For Colosseum, there are no water stone or any other evolution items in the game for Lombre and reason pokemon like steelix wouldve been in the game. I feel like there was a time constraint for both games if this is true for all the shadow pokemon that were planned but were cut due to time. Im glad for the Grand Colosseum and Pokémon XG mods that made it so the shadow pokemon were different. Gen 3 was a weird time period for Pokemon since all pokemon were spread out across 7 games. I still feel like the ones i listed were a rumor, and not true cause it was a list of pokemon made using font and formats from the game i saw on reddit a while ago.
If you’re using an Xbox, my guess is you can take one battery out to kill the connection and then put it back in while doing the technique. Haven’t reached the village to confirm yet.

Is there any money glitches or do I have to constantly battle thru the pyrite colosseum lol I feel like there has to be a better way!
As far as I'm aware, there isn't. Money becomes a non-issue down the road so don't worry about it too much! But the Colosseums are your best bet.
