Dear Mojo, I did dislike this video because I'm not sure how this is a subject for women when I'm sure men want to travel has well.
+MsMojo As a woman I just wanted to say that this channel is sexist. Men love to travel just as much as women.
Why does everyone hate this so much? I am a guy and don't think this channel is sexist at all! They invest a lot of time in these videos! After all, why is "Top Ten Extraordinary scenes captured on Live TV" not "sexist". This is my opinion and everybody can have their own one,
but they don't have to PURELY focus on "girl themes" That would be even more stereotypical!

Robert 16 no it’s not a lot of these ruins are the most beautifully designed buildings in the world with the most beautiful architecture, art, beautiful landscapes and an incredible history. If it was just a ruin it wouldn’t be one of the most visited country’s in the world dude

I love Italy and I'm a men; I don't think creating another channel was necessary. You only needed to upload this videos in the main channel.
I think they are just trying to differentiate the topics of the channels .. Nothing bad in that. Also don't judge too soon. Many more videos will come to show what the channel really is about.
The Lake Como towns of Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo and Menaggio form a small rectangle like area towards the middle point of the Lake and is one of the most beautiful spots on the globe. Seriously it's a crime you didn't even place it on Honorable mention. It should be on every travelers' bucket list.

I like the way that during the Naples section, at 2:05, there is a nice, quite long shot of Venice. Who knew they were so close?
1) Needs more Turin (seriously, look it up, it was Italy's first capital city ffs...)

This list is so obvious... No Siena, No Dolomites, No Assisi and Spello, No Matera, No Trieste, No Turin, No Lecce and Salento, No Gargano, No Sardinia, No Como...And I could go on the whole day.
Italy, and Tuscany in particular, my land, is not comparable with other place in the world. His beauty is stunning. We are very lucky.

Italy is my favorite European destination having been there 5 times already and the food is awesome too. I've been most of the places listed like Naples, Rome, Pisa, Milan, Amalfi Coast, Venice, Sicily and Florence, The Amalfi coastline is stunning - we started from Salerno, then to Amalfi, then Positano and finishing at Sorrento. Capri Island is also good place to visit. Pompeii is awesome - close to Sorrento and Naples. Also liked Siena as well. Sicily is very beautiful and so is the city Palermo. I think Milan was dull and boring IMO

Sardinia just in honorable mentions? If you go there to go at the sea, believe me, Sardinia's got one of the most beautiful seas in the world, and it's practically beautiful everywhere! Coast to coast! Plus, food price is lower compared to north italy, it has one of the nicest citizens of all italy, and is for sure between the best places in italy to go at the sea! You won't regret it!
Honestly , I love Italy more than any other country Ive been too and i might say that Florence is indeed a marvelous city and my all time favorite tho the shots shown in the video do NOT make justice
Visiting Sicily is a wonderful place to go. How about visiting Sambuca. Fantastic history and a beautiful series of grotto's.

Hi everyone, welcome to our new channel MsMojo! We will be publishing 1 video per day early on, but over time we will have as many videos on MsMojo as we have on WatchMojo. The initial topics - like Top 10 women directors, Top 10 girl bands or Top 10 Italian tourist destinations - are topics that could have totally been published on WatchMojo, but kept being pushed back for one reason or another. With 83% of WatchMojo's subscribers being guys and the remaining 17% being girls who liked video games, action movies and the kind of topics we focused on WatchMojo, we simply wanted to launch a new channel to cover topics that would be of interest to girls and guys. In other words, we wanted to cover more women's interests topics, but we also wanted to serve more women whose interests may differ from the women we currently serve on WatchMojo, realizing there will definitely be an overlap. So that means that over time, we will be adding more and more topics that could have stuck out on WatchMojo, whether it's Top 10 Joni Mitchell or Top 10 One Direction songs.

Mistakes on the video.... At the beginning a photo of Venice viewed from the lagoon when showing a different city (then smae photo again shown under Venice) but worst of all it shows the statue David sayings it can be seen in the Uffizi Gallery (absolutely not! It's in the Accademia)
I don't see the Amalfi coast in the list... at least an honorable mention.
I just love how most of the dislikes are mainly men (like me!) because of the way they/we think Is that the channel is a woman's only channel; which is not, but It targets woman but doesn't mean guys cant watch. plus think about the channel superplanetdolan for instance it targets a much education younger audience but again doesn't mean its a kids only channel, but there are a older audience watch the channel of course.

It annoys me that people only bother to look at the surface of an issue without looking deeper, because hate is an easier, less energetic thing to do these days it seems. I find it also amusing how the word 'sexist' is repeated so frequently in the comments that it even begins to lose contextual meaning. I can see at least the initial logic behind this change (even if a bold one), which isn't anything to do with promoting gender stereotypes, but more so in responding to statistics.
In response to the 17% female portion of the audience, Watchmojo wanted to distribute more content into this new channel that was 'predicted' to have more female viewers. Top 10 romance movies, while it can be equally enjoyed by male and female viewers, would be 'expected' to attract a larger number of female members (in contrast to, say, top 10 Mortal Combat 'Finish Him' moves), hence an assumed female-orientation of the video, but not female-exclusive. This was in order to improve content organisation and accessibility for more specific audiences, but not to promote a divide in gender. Watchmojo have the statistics and they know that their content is watched both by males and females, just at different relative percentages.
I can agree that they could have achieved a similar thing by creating more categories or videos within the main channel that are more -ahem - in tune with the interests of the general female audience . The 'top 10 Italian tourist spots' is, I admit, a more ambiguous choice, however. I guess it was found in statistical data somewhere that holiday destinations were more frequently searched online/discussed by female individuals than males, hence placing the topic in this channel in hopes of better targeting that demographic; this is basically marketing in a nutshell. However, it's such a broad, general topic that it's understandable to question the reasoning for this video's placement in MsMojo. If it was in the main channel, I doubt it would make a difference on viewer percentages.
I'm just trying to take this from a rationale, more balanced point of view. I'm not advocating that I view this move as optimal, but I think people need to revise on what specifically constitutes sexism and its impacts.
You know, just because it's called MsMojo doesn't mean you guys can't enjoy these videos! Stop complaining about everything, you're boring.
