As a father to a newborn, I can relate to so much of what you talked about: newborn waking every two hours, them making all kinds of noises while they sleep, being told SLEEP when they sleep (pressure), being told to take naps whenever possible (I wish it were that easy), sleeping separately from snoring wife because I have needed limited noise and light, waking up with every little newborn sound while they sleep, taking turns with my spouse to sleep isolated in a room.

I wish I have found your channel 5 years ago when I had my baby and developed terrible insomnia and anxiety. It would save me from years of on and off terrible insomnia. Since finding your channel I have been doing so much better! Thank u!!

My baby was also born on May 16. Her story is so similar to mine. I am going to try to sleep in the bedroom with my husband after several months. It’s put a burden on our marriage.

This made me smile so much, I also thought certain pyjamas would help me sleep or certain bedding !! I laugh now and I’ve never shared that until I heard this episode
