Agree Paul. Prob is too many youngins entering the craft who have never worked for a RBOC or Ma Bell. Plus, everything is about margins these days and so no incentive to do a nice job. :-/
Right on the button!! Lack of budget.......just get us up. Grrrr......even when we do a "masterpiece" most generic customers are not even interested. Cabling is your backbone of the company.....however.....very little is put in the budget....or the plan.
Thank you, thank you. Well explained. Appreciate you sharing your honest experience.
Thanks for leaving a comment and glad it was helpful! :)
I like how you clearly demonstrate what the purpose of the plastic is for, your demonstrations are very clear and informational.
New techs need to learn from the ground up! I hope more to come!

I normally cut 1-2” with scissors and pull another 2-3” with the string to actually crimp. That way I know I didn’t clip any of my pairs.
Great tip as well! String seems to "jam" up Paul. Love it though!
you love your stripers"....LOL 😂😂😂
I would add that CAT 6 is more time because of the stiffness of the wire. Great video though keep it up...
And CAT6A.....shielded jacks/panel....more time :)
5:25 Stripe and solid... and Orange... Why Orange first? Why Not stripe blue and solid blue
Not that big... that’s what she said.
