I was sitting in my chair, watching TV, when I saw your video, you guys just inspired me to do these exercises, which is easy to do and maybe that can solve my knee problem. Thank you guys.
Thank you! I have R.A. and use a rollator to walk. Do you have videos that have exercises using a rollator? I would love to see that on the channel. Blessings to all of you for all your help. I hope Bob is feeling better too ❤
I have bone on bone knee. Unfortunately I broke my hip on the same side. Lost all the muscle to help that knee. 3 months later. Still at about 30% weight barring. Great exercises. I know from before my fall how important it is to keep those muscles strong!
I have arthritis in both knees. bone on bone in left knee, moderate in right. I applaud the exercises shown here to promote strength and flexibility. I found with both comes less pain. I looked into and decided against knee replacement surgery, just my own personal preference. I found at my pace on a stationary bicycle I flexed my knees about 1,500 times in 30 minutes. I use an Apple Watch (and have successfully used other brands) to track my workouts and heart rates. I'll try these exercises to see how I do in adding them to what I already do.
what about exercise bikes, mini-bikes? with them one could easily think to quite safely have mobility and strenghtening for legs without having to put any weight on knees?
While non weight bearing exercises can be helpful at certain times, I think one of the goals of this video is working up to focus on standing exercises. There are table versions of some of the exercises in the video though, if you do a quick search. Also, variety is good to encourage different positions and muscle groups.
Plenty of time for free and helpful videos. Going to an in person facility and doing these with a PT will take over an hour. The video was like 9 minutes. Very good deal! Blessings ✝️🙏
If you don't have time to watch a "ridiculous" 9 minute video, then I'm assuming you also don't have time to exercise and improve physical health.. Snark aside, they're going more in depth on four exercises and giving multiple options for each one depending on how the person is feeling/how strong they are

really useful, thanks!! :0)
I have hallux rigidus on one foot so how do you suggest doing the split squat, is it ok to just roll my foot over to the side?

The whole point of the exercises is weight bearing is necessary to make them work properly! 😀

What if you have patella-femoral arthritis?
No squats and lunges, and no pressing my name into the bed. That’s what got the pain started method to stand I can do.
Knee
Should these be done daily?
Someone send this to Kawhi
Thanks for watching!
Some people just don't have the time for these ridiculously long videos. Ugh
We do have chapters now so you can skip right to the part you are looking for!

I just completed 2 months of PT doing these exercises for my knees. I greatly appreciate your video to help me remember the techniques at home.
Thank You!
