I took my mower to gladwin Michigan and got to ride with ATC's and ATVs and had no problem keeping up with them I'm the one that has the mower that does 40mph thank you for giving me a new hobby and now I'm in it to deep but I love it so thanks again best wishes to you and your family and God bless
Eh, just leave it be. Those transmissions are a pain the pull out of the tractor/aluminum housing w 2 bolts on either side of the trans. Got the same trans in my sears st16, & snapped off both of the bolts on one side. If u don’t have to mess w it don’t. You can’t get parts for em anymore. The high low range shaft will leak like crazy. It’s leaking on my sears & gonna throw some 85w oil in it so it won’t leak, but it’ll have fluid in it.
I finally got me a garden tractor. But its got a lot wrong with it. Engine issues transmission issues fuel pump issues starter issues. Two tires won't hold air. The only reason I bought it is cause it looks like a farmall tractor. It's a mtd 2055 12 speed with high an low range. 6 high and 6 low. Plus two speed reverse. And I thinking on getting 2 more gts
When any vehicle won't go in soft sand or dirt, LOWER THE TIRE PRESSURE TO ALMOST FLAT and drive out. Air up asap to prevent tire damage. I recently saw two $75,000 4 x 4 pickups get drowned in saltwater because they did not have enough knowledge to simply lower the tire pressure.
This is cool to see. I’ve been dying to put either mud tires or paddle tires on my pulley swapped lawnmower and here’s why. My buddy has a private beach so whenever we go jet skiing we unload in the sand. I think it would super cool to do it with a lawnmower. I might make a video of it just to have some content
Dude I'm a huge fan of the channel I just recently bought a 1987 craftmen ll because yours inspired me to build my own it's Gunna be called project gun smoke she's Gunna be a beast

Wish you were near Indiana, I'd pay you to make me a plow mower and a fun play around tractor lol. I love watching all the things you do and come up with.
Good times! Great video. Im sure you were ready to cut that piece off the trailer that got you high centered lol. Some off road tires on the trailer would be a help in the sand. I wound up putting 25s on my little 4x8 mower trailer. It helped a ton! Enjoyed the video!!
Definitely needs either ball or tapered roller bearings for the front wheels (reduces the rotational drag of the front tires and the wear on your spindles).
Think it might have oil soaked the cylinder while you were sitting on that incline. You got stuck for a second and she was tilted pretty far over. That would explain the sudden smoke, and why it came back to life after. Either way, great vid! #truefan
How did you set up the exhaust on the Poulan I have been trying to set the same thing up on my case tractor that I have it's a 1954 I have a industrial V-Twin 16 horsepower engine on it and I would like to put a smoke stack on it similar to what you have on the pollen if you have any advice for me I would sure appreciate it Daniel Ayers
I found 2 chrome pipes for a Harley at a car show. Bought them for 15$ and adapted on to the poulan. I still have another for a future exhaust system. With a Vtwin I would build a two into one pipe, then do one stack. I feel it would be hard to make 2 that match. I use pressure washer cart pipe to go to the mower exhaust. The cart usually has several 90's and my last had a couple of 45's too. Come in handy, I need to find more old pressure washers. Thanks for watching
3000 cow dairy farm i work at they have 4 yamaha grizzly 700 the TINY TINY cv axles blow out and any kind of trailer towing it's hard to steer have to make ridiculous wide turns grizzly not cheap tons of power terrible on gas mileage tires go bald fast

Cutting that piece off is on the list before hitting the trails. I did not think about different tires, good idea and thanks so much for watching.
Have you ever thought about building a 4wd tractor? Colonel craftsman would be a beast with 4wd . Might be a little tricky to do but it’s possible.
need some more mower build content
I have a couple more that need to be built, I will try to get you some soon and thanks for watching.

How do you make it so fast
Pulley swapping is the best way to make it fast, gas pedal and taller tires also help. thanks for watching.
I just had a mower but it just cot on fire
Sorry to hear that , hope you can fix or find another. thanks for watching.
Thank you
You need to let almost all the tire pressure out and you’ll go a lot further
Good point and thanks for watching
What pulley swap is on the silver bullet?
6 inch in the front and 5 inch in the back. Thanks for watching
