It looks like the wheels was easy to drill holes trough. I would add wheel weights to my lawn tractor and it dont have holes in the wheels for it but thanks to your video it seems like it wont be a problem. 👍😊
@@chud327 That sounds great! 👍 I only have a cordless drill but i think it would be fine anyway. I've watched a lot of your videos and i really like everything you do with you lawn tractors and i really love how you make everything to fit no matter what mods you do to them. You're a skilled mechanic and its great to watch your videos!!!
I have a Murry similar to yours and I have a John Deere LA140. I think you need a lift kit on the rear of about 2-4". Stack a bunch of washers between the axle and the frame maybe.. Also, when you figure out the surge issue with the engine, let us know. My John Deere does that too sometimes... Keep up the good work.
yeah your zero turn needs duals. just this past week i fabbed up some band duals on 15" rims for the front wheels on a 730case tractor. round baling meadow hay on 4" ice the front right broke through up to the axle took me all day to get the tractor out. i have a 6ft wide heavy sheet metal brake used 10 gauge x 10" wide for bands & shitload of 1/2" all thread
I like the property line shack. Man I wish I saved my yurfs that came of my Troybilt. I had no clue that was possible to do. Perfect front rims since theres no key way. Yes I hope you make it to your goal. Gotta see the zero turn lol. Happy Thanksgiving.
I have just been hitting the like on every video I watch on your channel, even if I don’t watch the whole thing. Idk you are my favorite RUclipsr though
The Troy Bilt is awesome . Maybe wheel weights from old garden tractor or fluid like we did our farm tractors for more traction & no floating . P.S. when are we ever gonna see pontoon #2 ?? the preview was great but I really wanted to watch #2 before starting mine , thanks ,Dan
Alright time to put some floaters on the front and make it land and water mower 😂 great vid! Keep up the good work good sir! and merry Christmas to you and your family! And a happy new year!
I was actually thinking bout that when they were on my Poulan. I could have strapped a 55 gallon drum on the big ol front bumper and went for a cruise. Maybe next summer I can actually do that. thanks for watching.
I have several videos already. Take the back tires and wheels off of a troy bilt or other fnr and drill out with 3/4 inch drill bit. Put more aggressive tires if you have them and done. Good luck and thanks for watching.
Thank you so much, I thought I looked threw your playlist, but maybe I wasn't looking good enough, if you don't mind can you post me a link, Thanks buddy
I’d be worried that 3/8 diameter all thread would break. Have you experienced any issues since the install? That’s a really cool idea brother! I like it.
Sould put weight on the end so the 2 end tries touch the ground and more traction and if you connect the tries 2 at a time they don't flop around as much how I didn't mine with weights
it was very cool, except in water it just wanted to float and took up a lot of space on the trailer... I have since fixed the surging and thanks for watching.
Super cool! Maybe fish triple Troy out with dually zero turn? I have been hunting for some of those super cross tires can't find em. Does any body know where to get em?
That is exactly what we did the next day. It had a dead battery, I don't know why... Charging battery right now. I looked online, I don't see Super Crosses either...
I think it looks cool, but I also think that three tires are too much for that kind of setup, if you had a better way to put them on ,right now the all thread is too week, and if it was chain driven instead of belt drive
Never had an issue with the all-thread, but tires did try to twist a bit. Biggest issues was the rear end wanted to float causing no traction in water. Was a fun experiment, thanks for watching
@@chud327 Np man I love watching projects like you do and you inspired me to one day build my own mud mower and do the same thing that you do bud :) Keep up the good work 👌👍🔥💪👏🇺🇸
Just like whistlindiesel but with garden tractors
Yes and with matching tires... Thanks for watching.
Lmao I was just about to comment this😂
time to make the monster troy
Finally someone knows whistlindiesel
Inspired me to go out and buy a craftsman lt2000 and make it a mud mower. Great videos from y’all! Thanks for the awesome content
So cool and thanks for watching
Looks like a good way to snap a transaxle in half. I hope some reinforcement was added.
We will see, if it breaks, I would love to put a rear rear end under there. thanks for watching.
Those turf savers....I ran on my racing 3 wheeler for flat track tires....bite like crap...in a great way!!!! GREAT TIRE!!!!
Thanks for watching.
The problem with the revving will be the thin spring that goes beside the linkage connecting the carb butterfly and the governor arm
Because who needs duals when you can have triples. Triple the tires triple the fun.
Well said and thanks for watching.

I am glad you did this. I might have gone my whole life without seeing that. Whew!
Thanks for the video.
Great video
I wonder if you can add more wheels front and back and have an amphibious mower
like a 6x6?
That Troy built is crazy lol. Haven’t seen triples on a mower yet!

Can put windshield washer fluid in your rear tires so they don't float
That is true, but it would be a bunch of fluid... thanks for watching.
You should get a set of black mamba tires for one of your mowers
If I can find a deal on a set, I would like to try some. thanks for watching.
Can’t wait for it
Thanks

Should change it to doubles in front and back........Looks like fun Thumbs Up

I have a Scott’s John Deere mower in has 4 actual not drilled holes on it and I had 26 inch tall dual treaded tires on it

How did you put the bigger tires on front, if you can do a video ,I would greatly appreciate it

@@danmcdonough8514 because his belt slip saves is rear, it stops him from putting to much torqe to the wheels.
Carson Snyder he should make it run correctly first lol. And this idea looks goofy. Maybe use four threaded rods. Lots of play in the tires.
Cool. Now I have to do this. Sounds like Triple Troy needs to go see the Surging General, btw!
it was very cool, except in water it just wanted to float and took up a lot of space on the trailer... I have since fixed the surging and thanks for watching.
When are the duals going back on The Poulan and
Are you going to put duals on both mowers
I should put them on soon. which both mowers? thanks for watching.
Poulan and The John Deere
25$ kit with fuel lines carburetor and filter will fix the surging @t

Looks like they have a bit of a flex to them. Maybe a thicker threaded rod next time?

chud327 ahh, gotcha.
Fill the tyers with water
That is really neat but the front tires need to have bearings in them
