- Tye Trujillo is the 12-year-old son of METALLICA's bassist. He is a member of the band THE HELMETS and is currently touring with KORN filling for Fieldy.
Here we can see him playing the Aria Pro II Cliff Burton Signature Bass; a replica of the Black 'n Gold I bass that Cliff Burton played.

when cliff died Jason got cliffs aria bass which is horseshit.,...that bass should of been given back to cliffs family. inside garage inc. there's pics from the 87 garage days revisited sessions and u see Jason playing cliffs bass...like Rob owning Jacos bass but will only sell it back to his family .. ridiculous, Rob has 100 basses and he's worth millions of dollars but he can't give jacos back to his family for free???
