So glad to see young musicians playing meaningful music. Actually playing their own instruments. We all know by now that some people don’t care if instruments are played by humans anymore. I wish them all the success, and encourage more young musicians to do the same. 🤘👍
When I was 11 me and my friends tried to start a death metal band but we were so bad and had no idea what we were doing we didn't go anywhere. These kids can actually play.
The Melvins, Bull dog, Kyuss, Nirvana- Bleach and some other bands I guess. But there isn’t a genre actually called Grunge heavy metal so yeah that would be cool.
hes following in his fathers footsteps from his suicidal tendencies days. he would wear same thing its old school dog town venice beach skater punk vato look in the mid to late 80s.
Anyone who has any criticism for this band needs a reality check!! They're 12!! Give them a fucking break!! If they were 22 or 32 I would then have reservations but these guys sound absolutely fabulous!! Promising young musicians!! Keep it brutal and rocking boys!! Sure wish I had the kind of opportunities that these guys are getting at my age!! Much respect from Canada!! 🖤🖤🖤
that is bad they treated these kids like they were 2 that's sound engineer needs to lose his job in the worst way possible but most of all these kids rock you can definitely see which one is Robert's kid cranking hair and it looks almost like him well I wish you kids well in the future it looks like Metals is not dead yet
The singers amp is a solid state vox with an 8 inch speaker, you need to be very skilled to make it sound half crap, and it can sound good, turned off of course, the second amp I presume is also a solid state orange crash but the other guitarist is using pedals so he sound a little bit better, the best part of this song is the drummer and the son of rob, and the singer is not horrible...
That's what good parents do! They teach their children. More power to them! This is just one of millions more haters you'll run into kids. Don't mind them and keep rocking
davedave83 they did play the kidpalooza or whatever it's called but anyways yea I do believe these kids are talented enough too play lalapalooza. Clearly you haven't seen a lallapalooza lineup.
Lollapalooza isn't what it used to be so I don't think it's that bad. They aren't getting an offer to headline Coachella or whatever bullish people go to.
If The Helmets ever release a record, I am buying it. Deep lyrics (what I could hear in fragments, anyway), great guitar shredding, all in all, the performance felt like that of a band. Tye will most definitely make his father proud. Also, I don't believe The Helmets get their attention because of connection to Metallica; these youngsters show talent. However, the sound engineer in that studio needs to be chained in a concert hall for a year, only to learn what sound mixing should sound like
It is as if my father were one of the best hackers in the world, he would share my valuable knowledge. I would do great things and it would save me a lot of time not to learn unnecessary things. This is a hope for future generations.
famous someday they are well known already but honestly whats helps them is tyes dad fame for years so they are set well at least tye and with him around they will go very far and also they are very talented
These kids throw down!! The part that sucks for them is that It seems like the show didn't take them seriously and told the sound engineer not to worry about doing his job. I can hear them saying - oh they're just kids, just set a little Mic out there and go with it. They are still going places even with the show treating them like toddlers!
Not even half of what Silverchair was when they were still starting. Daniel, Chris, & Ben were all 12 when they first started and were only aged 15 when they wrote "Tomorrow."
I hope they will one day get their own style and concept! it's sad to see so much people cheering them up because their are already stucked in the a genre that old people like
You can tell the singer will have an amazing voice when he gets older
Josh Rose definitely
holy shit yes.
like eddie vedder?
@@sergiotacos727 or creed
There's something that happens to old males. Around 13-14 years your voice changes.
some hope for my son's generation
make sure he wears a helmet tho
Saran Chamling. the bassest is playing for korn now how amazing
Mave Dustaine hahahah i play lead maybe we should make a band and jam togatha

Damn. I was actually impressed. The singer is gonna be a beast, someday!
Louis Rubens he sounds like a young James.
He does? lol @@cobraalaniz149
@@cobraalaniz149 yeah.. hes really sounds like James in 1982-1984 )
@@cobraalaniz149 yeah,i noticed that too he sounds like a young james
They remade this song like last year it’s called ghost rider on their channel OTTTO BAND you should check it out
30+ year old woman asks a 11 year old boy "Who's your dady?" and internet hasn't exploaded yet? Well then....
Да, она знает. Специально спросила)
She obviously knows who his daddy is..it's just for the audience to know about it..duh....
Louie P
You obviously missed his point...
Who is your daddy and what does he do?
-Detective John Kimble.

ROFLMAO
Bryce Bergstrom hahahhaa, fuck you're right :')
These guys are gonna go places one day.
warms the heart to see young people play real music! maybe all is not lost...
As long as there are kids like this in the world there is still hope for the future!
When I was 11 me and my friends tried to start a death metal band but we were so bad and had no idea what we were doing we didn't go anywhere. These kids can actually play.
I'm so impressed by this kind of talent at such a young age :) Rock on kids!
There is hope for the torch to be passed down to another generation!!!
omg i can't they're so precious
They’re badass and adorable at the same time! 🤘🏼❤️ Great voice, young man!
THIS NEEDS RELEASING! ILL BUY IT!
grunge heavy metal?
Grunge that s all and that's good
TelipatiEvolustions Goddamn, grunge metal #newgenre
The Melvins, Bull dog, Kyuss, Nirvana- Bleach and some other bands I guess. But there isn’t a genre actually called Grunge heavy metal so yeah that would be cool.
Grunge metal or gretal
I hear kyuss in there for sure
They got something going. Great voice on the young man.
I hear grunge in the singing. But, also earlier James Hetfield.
Doesnt have anything to be with hetfield early voice. Hear the demos of Metallica 1981 and you will see. Hetfield used to scream in a wierd way.
But can they djent?
No,and no!!!
The next gen of metal looks very promising, I wonder what vocal range the singer will have when he's older
Dang Robert Trujillo son plays bass like a pro!
what a voice for that age, awesome
Com on people give these kids some love they are gifted for there age WOW!!! For the thumbs down people kick ;$;);$ rocks!!!!
I LOVE THESE GUYS
Bloody brilliant bravo👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Why does tye look like he's wearing his pajamas
hes following in his fathers footsteps from his suicidal tendencies days. he would wear same thing its old school dog town venice beach skater punk vato look in the mid to late 80s.
So Fucking What!
looks comfortable lol
He is rob's son he can do whatever the fuck he wants :D
because he fucking can!!!!!!!
nice to see that the culture remains amongst the young ones :)

Por fortuna todavía hay rock y metal para bastante bastante tiempo 😃
Cool kids are starting to come back...glad to see / hear it.
omg these boys are so adorable! 😍they are awesoms✌😍 they are like my future children😂❤
Regardless of what everyone is complaining about, these kids are fucking great.
"We were just jamming in my house and then we got an offer for Lollapalooza Chile" LOL they should change the name of their band to Nepotism.
davedave83 ...you say this like it's a bad thing...
It is. Let's be honest - if these kids didn't have the parents they have, would they be playing Lollapalooza? Ish don't sink so.
That's what good parents do! They teach their children. More power to them! This is just one of millions more haters you'll run into kids. Don't mind them and keep rocking

Cool band!! Where can I buy The Helmets Cap the kid has on? I noticed Anthony Kiedis also has one!! Looks cool. Do they have a website?

until i heard the lyrics then it sounded different,
The lead guitarist looks like a badass
Just think Tye is now the bassist for KORN.
Good luck to the entire band.

famous someday they are well known already but honestly whats helps them is tyes dad fame for years so they are set well at least tye and with him around they will go very far and also they are very talented
