This looks like Pioneer having a go at the Prime 2. They're a bit cheeky having Serato written on something that isn't compatible with it for months lol
The RX2 was before the Prime 2, so you could say that Denon were having a go at that? 😂
Is the filter full kill?
Not full kill, but gets pretty close when you turn the colour FX parameter up to maximum!
What size are the RCAs to the master??
I'm unsure what you're asking here. The master RCA outputs are standard size.
@@djkit okay thanks I was unsure if needed to buy a certain size for the master. But I have a 1/4 TRS which I have now figured I can use in the booth ouput! Thanks👍🏼
For the price of this controller you’re better off with the denon prime 4 you get so much more for your money
Hey Andy! Yea, the Prime 4 is in a league of it's own, but this RX3 is perfect for someone used to the Pioneer work flow!

This is why I jumped ship from Pioneer to Denon. No new features whilst still charging extortionate prices.
There are quite a few new features on the RX3! What do you think it's missing?
Whats missing?? Music streaming, hard drive bay, ableton link, lighting control, full multi gesture touch screen, 2 usb connections for serato/rekorbox change overs, no dvs capabilites…………………shocking for the price point, another shockingly underwhelming overpriced outdated piece of pioneer hardware. The lack of music streaming alone is unbelievable, its 2021, music streaming is the future of djing, once everyone has offline locker storage (eh, hello Denon, we are waiting) it will be a no brainer. Pioneer have indeed been the pioneers of dj hardware in the past, the cdj 1000 and cdj 2000 were industry leading tech at their respective times but they have not pioneered anything worth the money they charge in quite a few years! They constantly make flagship mixers without lan hubs built in even tho their flagship media players communicate via ethernet, how seriously oversighted is that??

100% correct. Jump to Prime 4 after using ddjsx2, ddjsx3 and ddj800. Not a tiny little regret.

The mixer looks like the pioneer DJM-450 mixer
Similar in only the two channel side of things but it has all of the DJM-900NXS2 color FX and beat FXs.

Pioneer still don't has developed a multitouch screen technology, a Wi-Fi gear, streaming services, vertical and horizontal view, dedicated beatjump knobs. DENON reached all this in 2019.

Hey Massimo, trust me, Pioneer isn't dead at all. We sold out of all of our RX3 stock in half a day! 😂
He is still right though. Pioneer became greedy and lazy. Prime 2/4 = cheaper *and* better
