- I have no idea what that weird glitch is at 18 seconds, for some reason it never popped up in my editing software but always appeared in the video despite it going through multiple project files so i cba fixing it lol

The K Rool down throw nerf still angers me until this day
Its crazy cuz we wanted him for so long and now hes meh.
I hate that they listened to the competitive side of the game and nerfed him within the first month of release. As per Sakurai, if he was on the team that worked on balancing and patches, many characters would not have been changed at all. Krool would have never been touched if it was up to Sakurai which is a shame. Because balancing the game based on the online and competitive community really ruins the vision Sakurai had with letting the game breathe and have fun!
@@DANCERcowNah, top players after release always considered him trash. It's more about the people who want to win without putting the time, so they start whining about it on twitter and stuff

This was my favorite moment from the sm4sh era to ultimate. I can't express how I loved to read the patchnotes and try to predict their impact on the meta.
My favorite change was the buff of the G&W fair. Went from a trash move to ac 130 bombing tool.
Probably annoyed some people with my neutral B, fair, on wifi, g&w spam. I had too much fun to care ^^

The devs could have added a patch to nerf the aerial and defensive play similar to the smash 4 shield stun patch but instead they left the game to die after releasing steve. Sora was also just money to them. It took over a year for them to fix cloud's finishing touch never hitting opponents. bandai namco should never have been given so much control over the smash ip.
Honestly characters dont need to be nerfed harder if characters just got more normalized buffs to help fight back vs some of the demons on the roster like rob

I remember villager kept getting buffed like every patch. Many of villagers projectiles didnt really get damage nerfs.
Id still like a few things changed. Id like villagers water to eather have more knockback for trap situations or edgegaurding or bypass small projectiles. Villagers sposta b an anti-zoner. And i wish riding the loid didnt set you into free-fall.
And of courae some charictars need buffs like gannon, swordfighter, and plant, and some needing nerfs like, pythra, steve, and kazuya.
King K. Rool is a ok character, he only got nerfed and is according to nintendo in D- tier. The down throw is so bad. Anyone that can press buttons can mash out at 130%. This is a percent where up throw would kill, making down throw useless. On top of that, the end lag on down throw gives the enemy a free combo starter because you are sitting there doing nothing while they mash out.
If you can mash out at 130% before getting up tilted thats crazy
Bro def Sonic was underrated as hell. Even me, being a Sonic fan and stuff, underestimated him cause of how weird and lackluster his moveset was compared to fan games like Project M and Smash Flash 2. He's a main of mine with an Inkling secondary.
Yeah i dont get either why he still has so many spindash moves despite being in being in smash since brawl

The patches in ssbu are at least better than splatoon 3’s, but that’s not saying much
Pichu getting giganerfed and being outclassed by Pikachu in pretty much every aspect really hurts, especially since Pichu is the harder character to use
Riddles thinks Pichu is easier, but most people think Pichu is harder

The Fact that K Rool was Nerfed for the fact that Up B cheese existed due to it’s hitbox and how high he went is stupid

As a K Rool Main his recovery is one of the Worst in Ult as it is incredibly predictable and easily edge guarded also in patch 2.0.0 the buffed everyone lag except for K Rool
Im guessing its just the large amount of people who despite not really being good at the game still having a big voice because of the early meta + King K Rool and other heavies just being noob slayers
As per Sakurai, if he was on the patch team, krool would have never been touched!

Fir sone reason at launch mii sword fighters gale strike went the entirety of FD and was halved day one
Also I’m fsurjt certain mega man’s leaf shield originally had sone stolid setups with pellets and metal blade

@@AnActualEgg1 yh he's definitely annoying I get that even as someone who plays him myself. The forward through is barely a kill through tho, it's more a throw that happens to kill at ledge 🥲 it's fast so it catch people off guard but it sends at a perfect diagonal angle so people di and live often
