I just wanted to say thank you so very much for this video! I had so many issues that I’ve done everything I knew and watched to trouble shoot, after watching this video I can not only print again but my images look awesome!!! I will most definitely be finding your shops and purchasing from you here on out! Thank you!!!!
Hello !!! Just a helpful tip. Anytime that you want to move the print head carriage by hand: 1) Before starting this, be sure that you have clear access to the power cable - to either pull it out from the socket or to disconnect it where it plugs into the back (usually) of the printer. Now, 2) select "copy" from the menu and then start the copy. 3) once the print head carriage starts to move... unplug the printer. Now, with the carriage moved from its "home" position and the power cable unplugged, slowly push the carriage in whatever direction you wish It should move at least quite a easier than before. When you are done, you can leave the carriage where you want, it will recover itself after being plugged back in. It will suggest a print head check. Hope you find this helpful ! Thanks.
Thank you ma’am for making this video. Been having problem with my black ink since I set my 7820 up. After trying this, it’s time to print baby!! Thanks!!
Great tip, thanks for sharing. I run film positive printers for screen printing and had an Epson WF-7310 giving me fits with no Black or Magenta printing. Had a bit of an issue with the vent port on the black, but seems to print fine after pushing a bit of air through each cartridge / head. Radical...
I don´t understad. My WF 7840 don´t look the same as yours. It has a blue lit, and I have to remove the ink to see the printhead? And they are in the back under the ink.
i came across this and thought I try this because my browns skin girls print redish color. When I went to do your process my cartridges that I use do not have a hole to push air out. I use a off brand of ink replacements not the ones that come with the machine. Have been using the off brand for years because they are cheaper. But these do not have a whole at either end of the cartridge
I just came across your video and I have pushed air through the cartridges but my lines are still horrible. Could it be the cartridges? This is a new printer as well
@@HonestlySpINKing Thank you for your prompt response. I do not wish to buy any more cartridges as I am just trying to get the printer working correctly so that I can sell it. No longer needed now that I no longer work from home. Thanks again.
You can either watch to get the answer you need ( and more) or go find another one to watch that fit your attention span. This was not some prerecorded edited video this was a live video and I also answered question you just may find helpful. I do however thank you for your comment as all engagement is helpful.

Thanks so much
On the copy option I have a faded colour circle and a blue dot up against it? Do you know what this could mean?

Are they the clear refillables or the black remanufactured ones?
@@HonestlySpINKing They are all the black remanufacture ones
@sworley1956 awe ok, this only works with the refillable ones
I’m going try this. Nothing printing but yellow and a touch of black 😞

I have black pizza wheels on the back of paper I’ve cleaned with alcohol and ribbon.

Did you set it up with the Epson cartridges first to make sure that everything was working?
Mine doesn't have a back hole on our ink cartridge to push air?
Are you using Epson cartridges?
I have a 7720, and my ink cartridges (252) do not seem to have a hole at the back to push the air through. Any suggestion, pls?
You must have single use re-manufactured cartridges and not refillable ones. You can purcase the refillable ones from our website
