When I tell you this just saved me. I just got my WF7710 about a month ago. It was working fine. Yesterday ink just kept bleeding all over my design, giving me a headache. I was like what in the world. I found your video and it was exactly what I needed. Push that air through. Even though I do have a warranty, I wasn't trying to call them or send it back. So thank you. I let my 7720 sit for 3 weeks without the cartridges and went to print and nothing but blank pages came out. I laid the paper towel down under the print head, pushed air thru each cartridge (slowly) and bada bing-bada boom...it's printing! Had to do a few print head cleanings but this unclogged my print head all while holding my baby dog. lol Super Dog Dad!
Shoot you uploaded this two years ago and are still helping people. Thank you for this, been trying to revive my 7720 after a new printhead and this was exactly what I needed.
Oh my God. God literally answered my prayers! I found this video completely by accident. I gave up and my RUclips was just going through random videos playing in the BG and I heart you say something about pushing air out of of the print heads…and it caught my attention. My printer was full on dead mode with black. Not printing a drop. I kept trying to print before ewaliZing it’s empty because my ink levels say they’re all at least 1/4 full. Anyway-- turns out I put a bunch of air in there trying to print with no black. I was literally pricing a new printer to get in the morning because I have tumbler orders out the wazoo! You and the Lord saved my butt. Thank you so so much.
Honestly you are the most wonderful human being alive!!!!!! I have purchased a whole printer head cleaning kit, flushed out and cleaned the refillable ink cartridge, purged the ink and I still got NO COLOR PRINTING!!! I was sooo stressed until YOU.........THANK YOU SOOO SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! Your guidance worked like a charm!

I thank you so much, my WF7720 was only printing black outline and all other colors were fine. Then I did Print head nozzle check and the Black wasn't even printing. I've been searching for days for solution, no matter what I did as per GOOGLE search, nothing worked. The frustration was getting crazy, was ready to throw printer out the window. I followed your video step by step and I didn't have much resistance when pushing down the plunger. Then when I let it go, ink came up through my syringe... What does that mean? Anybody... Please help
@@paristhompson4775 your syringe should be in the up position and then put it over the back home and push down. Sounds like you pulling it up while you have it on the hole.

Right!!!!!! I have an Epson 7720 and it literally started acting crazy out of nowhere!! Wouldnt print black at first, then all colors. I been fighting with this for about a week now!! The Professor has done it again! I have been working to get my 7610 printer back up and running for a minute now using the maintenance techniques I have learned over the years. Nothing was working. Then I said to myself that Professor Shakeya has a ton of videos. Go find what you need. I am excited to say after a long time (don't ask how long just know it's loooong 😂) of being down, my printer is printing again.

OMG I almost gave up on this video because it was taking a while with the little baby! But I stayed calm since I know what it's like to have babies. :) So worth the watch of this video. My ink works after so many tries of cleaning the nozzle heads. I didn't want to clean the nozzles as it is not good for the printer. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for this video!

Kudos to you hon, you explain it in laymans terms...not like those geeks who harp on and on and drag the video out. The fact u explained the nozzles may not be clogged with dry ink but possibly trapped air due to Epson have the special Piezzo head nozzles is welcoming. i have the syringe & tube, cleaner, etc which worked (u can use Windex with Ammonia also) Verdict: you just saved me AUS $280 to a trip to the nearest Epson Service Centre !

Thank you for this video. I have the Epson WF-7720 and purchased the Cosmos pigment ink. Only the black was working after refills of all of my refillable cartridges. I tried your technique and it worked with the first try of the print nozzle check. I now have vibrant, beautiful prints.
