I had the same problem. This is all you have to do: go to Epson website and download drivers for the Epson machine that you have. Download the combo package if your printer comes with Fax capability (even if you don't have to use it). After downloading, set up the installation. After the installation is over, turn the printer off and turn it on again for the software to recognize the new drivers. After this I returned to Corel Draw 2020 and the setup was right there waiting for me, the size I wanted. I had a problem to print photo paper 13x19. After this, you can lay the paper in the tray, normal position, just like any other paper, as long as you observe the instructions for paper sizes.

How do you set and print from the rear tray? I have changed my printer to the rear only for it to continue to print from cassette 1. Thank you for this info, it sure did help. Also, how do you remove the black corner lines so I can use the full paper to print on?
I’m looking this one’s sibling 7840 to make my own 12x12 craft paper. I’ve been hunting for one that’s not over $1000 AU and the ink isn’t too dear. In Au now, the 7840 under $400 and ink $30 each. I just have work out the difference between her one and the one I’m looking at. The scanner is 2 inches too narrow, but I just scanned left and right, then overlap in picture editing software.
FOR 11 X 17 PAPER, Release (pull) the blue tab on the right front of the inside of the paper tray. I just purchased a Epson WorkForce 7840 on 6/2022. To the creator of this video, update your description and tags to include the newer models like the Epson 7840.
This seems to be the easy option. does anyone know how to change the paper size and print on A6 or A5 on the WF-5620? It's crazy there are no instructions around this. And the setup in the paper tray makes no sense at all. The Manual is useless a is Epson support.
Aside from the paper size issues, could you tell me why when I try to press a sublimation print on a shirt only the black lines come out but nothing else. Could it be that my heat press is not getting hot enough or am I supposed to saturate the print with as much ink as I can in other words do I need to choose the heaviest ink settings?

I have. If you put the cardstock setting on its going to direct you to use the back tray. I mostly print with premium presentation matte so I can use tray 1

Hey! I was on vacation! I would look for that in print settings. You can choose automatic (goes back and forth between trays or cassettes based on the desired print size). You also have an option to pick a printer. When you install your paper you will be prompted to input the paper size and type. I hope this helps. Thank you for watching
You have to make sure your paper is pushed up as far as possible. It should be centered and aligned with the laid out paper dimensions on the tray/cassette. Then also make sure you then push the cassette/tray in.
Use any vector image software, like Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, etc. You can try any program besides vector image like JPEG or PNG, etc., but I use Corel Draw 2020. The great advantage of vector is that you never lose the quality of the image whenever you enlarge it, no mater how large the image should be. If you enlarge JPEG or any other raster image you lose image quality.

Right! I only use it for cardstock because that setting only works from that tray. I hate that too! I still only load one sheet at a time in any tray unless I'm using photo glossy paper. I guess I should figure out how to adjust paper weight and maybe I could stop babysitting each sheet! Thank you for sharing Justin!

Thank you. The 7820 model is a little different. It doesn't come with a 2nd tray. Plus the 12.75 width doesn't fit the 1st tray.
I'm trying to do double-sided printing using 8.5 x 5.5 paper but it will only print on one side. What will cause this issue?

This sounds like your press may not be heating up properly. All colors work the same

Any program that let's you change canvas size..I have used Publisher, inkscape, gimp and photoshop.
