Hi You need to do it on your rear tray not the front tray

how do you fix same printer throws paper jam when printing from cassette 1 or 2 but prints fine from rear. i cant find any jam or broken piece anywhere! help me please

You have to change your paper settings from the tray and in the computer
What if there is no paper in the back area or under the scanner part an you keep getting the notification for paper jams. I'm so frustrated right now
You have to set up your tray same size as the paper you tryna print

@@alens561 I’m so lost with this thing it didn’t do this before and now it’s stuck on 8 1/2 x 11 then it says paper out when I correct it only to say jam again.
@@kamairaemuhaimin6353 the size it’s not compatible with the paper settings.. turn it off turn back on apse check your firmware
