Congrats on getting Top Shop! We've received it two consecutive quarters in a row - currently we have the status. However, it hasn't brought in a single new order, nor does it appear that we've even seen an uptick in traffic for having the coveted status. I feel as though we've doing all the work to get new orders and customers, and what we thought the Faire platform would do for us (visibility, new wholesale customers) so far hasn't done anything. They claim they show you in searches, etc. but there's no way for a maker to see this. All of the orders we've completed through Faire are all stores we created relationships with prior to even being on the platform. And have since continued reaching out to new shops with our Faire direct link. How has your experience been?

Also, when shipping large orders, could you please do a video on how you pack them so they make it safely? I just shipped two candles for a customer for Christmas and I was soooo nervous about them breaking. They did make it, but for large orders it seems intimidating.

Well we joined when the summer market happened so we got a bunch of our initial orders from that! And then yes I think the reviews have definitely helped! It’s really hard to get reviews though (as well all know) and it can take some time! Are you going to participate in the winter market coming up? ❤️

How long do you let your candles cure for wholesale Faire orders?
Honestly we’re not too worried with cure time. By the time they get to the retailer they have been cured for probably 1.5-2 weeks.
