    What about tags, titles, keywords? Is it worth it to vary your product titles with different tag words for SEO?

    • @CandidFounders
      @CandidFounders  10 месяцев назад

      100% we have specific SEO titles and descriptions for every single product optimised for Faire, and optimised to the time of year as well (adding in Christmas messaging etc)

    Wonderful video! Great point on the "Sell to online-only retailers" because it was turned off on my shop - fixed it promptly. You are my #1 Faire guru!
    After binge watching more of your videos, you mentioned you did a lot of cold email marketing. How did you find emails? Because I can't find any email addresses to pitch at.

    • @CandidFounders
      @CandidFounders  Год назад +1

      haha I made this video after you asked about optimising your page! Was a great idea. In terms of finding emails it can be a very lengthy process, I spent a lot of time on google looking for gift shops and boutiques, I also find ideal accounts on instagram and when you follow them instagram suggests other similar accounts. You can buy emails if you know exactly what you are looking for but if you're cold emailing out from Faire just make sure you know the emails you are using are real because they're strict on that, you're not allowed to use emails that have been 'scraped'

      @@CandidFounders Thank you! I'll try the IG and gift shop method for now. Currently a little hesitant on buying emails but we'll see. Looking forward to more of your content :)

    Do you use the video feature in the product section? If so, what kind of videos do you find or most helpful to post? Lifestyle products i.e. showing the product being used or product videos that show the box, instructions and or product tags ?

    • @CandidFounders
      @CandidFounders  Год назад +1

      Hey! Yes we have started adding videos to the product section and it looks really cool. Not many brands seem to do this yet so it makes you stand out. We do close up shots of the socks being worn to help show the quality and bring them to life. Nice and simple!

      We can do at a charge but I would say the platform is very easy so you will be able to do it yourself using our videos. We are also releasing a new course soon that will provide more guidance on items like this - www.wholesaleautopilot.com

    Hey!
    Any tips for minimum order value?
    My current AOV is +100$
    I set my minimum to $1,000 and returning orders to $350
    Unsure if it’s too high.

    • @CandidFounders

      Hiya - depending on your products and margins, but this sounds quite high to me. We've done some testing on our own account where we set MOQ to £100 and then set it to £0 (for UK orders). We got more orders and more value when the MOQ was 0. You don't necessarily need to go as low as this but I'd certainly test lower and see what happens - IF you can make it work on margins. I know typically goes against wholesale principles but we are working with a lot of independents on Faire, they want the low MOQs - most of them can't do the large orders because of cash flow. BUT we do set our tiered discounts at £1,000+ so discounts don't kick in unless you're ordering bigger. hope this helps
