Looking forward to your review of the sat nav. As I haven’t seen any reviewers cover this and am thinking about subscribing to Garmin. Great bike I’ve just completed my first 600miles.
Thanks for your feedback, trying to work a camera out to film the satnav on the move. I have fitted a camera on my helmet but unfortunately the quality is too poor, will get it sorted soon. Bike is Fab just need some decent weather.
I know used to have a Harley it had auto indicators and an alarm!! The Yamaha blows it away tech wise, speed & brakes. Still love Harley though, but wear a Yamaha shirt now..
Hope you can interpret this ok. Just taken the bike out on a 9 mile run one way with the UBS on and one way with it off. I can feel absolutely no difference in brake effort. Not surprised by this as the UBS (radar braking) is only supposed to interact in an emergency. The UBS light does stay on constantly when the system is off to remind you it's off. I would think the only time you would turn it off is on a track day? Anyway hope this helps. Thank you
I think F-trip only shows range to completely empty when it comes on. This will be at the point you need to find a gas station. Haven't risked testing it as prefer to put fuel in when the reserve light flashes.
The manual says that Trip F *should* display as Range/Distance to Empty until you hit the Reserve fuel capacity at which point it switches to Trip F, but as this video demonstrates, he has a good 30% fuel remaining and it’s still displaying as Trip F. Not having Range with this bike is really disappointing :/ Same with the lack of a voltage reading
What a great video! Very complete and well explained. Thank you for that!
thanks, well done. might consider a piece on "Tracer GT+ initial pairing and setup of smartphone" ... many new owners would find this useful.
Elizabeth, thanks good idea. Working on doing the satnav at the moment.
Very good information. Please continue to deliver more
Good review of the dash, I got my gt plus last year and have just done over a thousand miles great bike, love that triple engine.
Thanks, it is a great bike so pleased with it. Agree about the engine.

@@eddy1265 the sat nav is good for trips a to b. But not possible to load road trips. So money wasted
That thing does more than my Toyota!!!! All $10-15k cheaper than a Harley. And with better features.
