I have had upper left stomach pain, bloating and diahrrea for 5 years. I originally had a H pylori infection that was treated. I was then diagnosed with gastritis. I spend two years vomiting up every meal, I have now been diagnosed with bile acid malabsorption. The tablets I take for that help the diarrhoea. But in order to control and reduce pain I can only eat meat. When I eat any sort of carbohydrate my whole body swells and retains water. Even my fingers and thighs! I have a swollen thyroid and the hospital refuse to test me for any autoimmune diseases as my TSH levels are fine. I am struggling with low blood pressure and heart palpitations and general fatigue. I have seen a dietian but can not tolerate the reintroduction of food as it just makes all my symptoms worse. I have developed a rash that comes and goes and burns on my arm. I am convinced I have something wrong but I am told that there is no functional cause. I wish I had the money to pay privately for tests and help.
44 years and counting, at 30 my Dr. Labeled my illness as IBS now called IBS-C Bental helped, all these years I've felt with all of the miserable symptoms and several ER visits because you never want to miss something worse. So now you have medical anxiety, and anxiety isn't acceptable with Dr.s so another problem you have to deal with. Being dismissed is the most humiliating and hurtful thing a Dr. can do. Also I stopped using Bental, trying to not be on alot of meds to mask symptoms, I hope you can help alot of people and thank you for your belief in all of us.
Need urgent help with my daughter 33 years special needed child with servere IBS burning urine pushing painfull & stools burning her skin of her private area & stools area terrible. Current in hospital with that symptoms & olso recently suffered pulmonary Embolism, currently on blood thinners meds. The pain is a nightmare ongoing now for 3 months & hospitalized for 3 months. Emercency cannot assis, all scans & ultrasounds are clear. Cant handle the stress anymore please assis urgently

So I have a question, I’ve commented on here before and I deal with constipation, heartburnt, acid reflux, and often gas. And I’ve had an Upper endoscopy with nothing wrong and a colonoscopy with nothing wrong. No IBS, no IBD, Chrones, GERD, or the colitis one. And I deal with daily gut pain or heart burn or everything, from constipation to gas to sometimes I’m doing and going fine. Idk what it is, I go back to my doctor to see what we do next but I’m getting to the point where I don’t think anything will help. :(. What could it be?

I have colitis its never my stumic that hurts its my guts ive had it hurt so bad i was sure my appendix was bad doctor even though that i have to tell them i have colitis every time
