At least for shuffle, I been running the lava totem on my elly sham. Helps to upkeep flame shock better and set up the primordial bursts. Still can be rough rides but that has helped with so many dispels. I've seen crits for like 300k+ so I love watching them dispel it haha
@danieltsmoke the choice node for the empowered elementals, or taking I think it's called liquid magma totem. When you drop the totem, it applies flame shock to 3 nearby enemies so if they stack you can drop on em and spread quick and whoever gets the cleanse, they get the primordial blast to reapply and I can get the lava burst spread easier without fighting dispels to get my dots out

Very true for Hpally, Dhs can run me down and even up to 2400, your team will absolutely do nothing to peel for you. It's also almost impossible to not have a Ret in your lobby, very true. Sometimes I have 2 Rets in my lobbies. Even if Ret wasn't popular, I'd say it's Strong B or Weakest A. Hpri, Pres, Rdroo, Rsham are just too strong.
I have to say BM is wild since I got almost full conquest gear. I’m melting DH, mages, rogues, locks, sp and boomys. I’m talking 150k+ kill commands x2 (2 pets) it’s such a rewarding spec.

I would say Demon Hunter and beast mastery are the two easiest specs in the game. Boomy believe it or not is actually simple as well.

Ive been struggling hard to climb out of 1700 in solo shuffle with warrior. Probably the worst warrior at that rating tbh. It has not felt good to play because most of my lobbies are range. Evokers and hunters just melt me down, frost mages just snare me in one spot forever. Feels so bad to play

tanks crazy enough are pretty good in solo shuffle or arena in general especially blood and demon tank and warrior tank but so happy my rets are doing good i smell elite coming where last season couldn't even hit 2100
Boomkin so much more beginner friendly rotation, couldnt disagree more with ele being most beginner friendly. I started a boomy and an ele this season and boomy was WAY easier

Played 7 years and took a 12 year break and just came back.. but yeah, boomy is SO MUCH EASIER. 2 dots, enter solar eclipse, dump astral power with star fire, build it with wrath, that’s the priority for dmg and it’s that easy. Learning to manage your defensives on boomy is the only challenge
Unholy DK is the most represented class in top 100 of solo ahuffle. They are Tier S, not A. Their is more UDK in top 100 then their is druids of any spec.
This is the first time that I think that your rankings make no sense...you put balance druid at the top as best DPS in the game based on it being played by a top player but the other specs you rank based on how beginner friendly they are...balance druid is not god tier in the hands of a beginner player at all friend.
I stopped healing due to cyclone/Poly/Fear spam. I am not a pro player or want to be. But playing the actual game is nice, than getting trained and CC'd the whole game. If blizz wants more healer (casual like my self) put spammable CC on a CD. NO new player will PVP heal. Either make BG's have no healers and remove the que, or make it so its fun to play a healer. I am a 1800 Resto Shammy / Disc / Holy pally. in 4 years, I have yet to meet a new player who is a pvp healer. PVP healing is what Vet (old players) due to help with the que times. SS will die and PVP will if they dont make healing not as miserable, or have round with out healers and cut out the que times.
TLDR: ret has hard counters so can not be S tier. Melee version of disc priest great at the beginning worse with time. Top of A tier at its best and bottom of A at its worst. Ret is not S tier. It’s the best of the A tier in its best lobby and bottom A tier in its worst. It has weak off healing before dampening ramps and laughable healing once it does. Main kill target in my experience in most lobbies. Easily kited outside of freedom and more so when you purge freedom, major defensives like LoH are useless in later dampening , immunities dispelled by popular range specs/warriors/dh, 3 of the 7 healers can dispell the immunities. Only hybrid to get their healing gutted thanks to community qqing and then not have healing nerfs reverted like the other hybrids did. One of two melee without and MS which usually tilts games into the opposing dps the longer the match last. Only dps that has to cast half of its cc if speccing into rep which if interrupted leaves them useless. Ret is the melee version of disc priest. Very strong at the beginning and progressively weaker the longer the match. Forbearance is an outdated mechanic which is almost a certain kill window for opponents. You are talking about getting rid of judgement of the pure for spell protection when half the time whatever is dispelled is almost immediately reapplied. 80 percent of the ret PvP talents are useless. You want things like burning hatred and judgement of the pure removed then make it to where ALL casters are just that. Caster that actually have to cast major dmging spells rather than applying instant dots that in turn cause their spells to be used instantly. Remove the cast time on searing glare and repentance to bring ret more in line with the rest of the melee and their cc versus requiring cast times which render them useless if interrupted. And I’m sure there is more but I’ve rented long enough.
Don’t worry man…everything you said is not only accurate but factual. These other clowns replying are the dog shit players that think a class is easy and they’re the same people that pick up Ret pally and get 1v2d by my ARMS warrior in the challenger lobbies in my green gear. I’ve got 26 key binds just for my rets utility spells these people can’t manage that many for their whole class
demo locks literally do HALF the dmg of other specs... There cc does not make up for a 50% loss in dmg compared to just about every other spec in the game.... Don't believe it? Go watch ohyahmander play demo on the ladders... his dmg is pitiful, he wins games from pure skill and is forced to spam fear to try to get wins because he has no dmg...

I think Survival still lacks compared to the other casters in the A tier. Its top B IMO. Fair assessment overall though
