If someome ever does a live action Star Wars fan series and it involves ships, I say lend your services. "You would prove to be a great asset...Can it be done?"
I LOVE the battle animations, but sometimes it's nice seeing something more relaxed like this. A small group of rebels just flying through the sky, escorting supplies and with more laid back music in the background. ^^
This feels like how Episode 7 should have opened up. Still a pan-down shot, but now in the favor of the style of the Rebellion/Alliance. A squadron of fighters and small cruisers flying by, complete with a reassuring theme to indicate the newly-found time of peace for the Galaxy.
I’m honestly shocked that there wasn’t an Imperial star destroyer that jumped out of hyperspace at the end there. It would’ve been a jump scare for many I’m sure!
Indeed, however I in comparision to real aircrafts, it seems to be far much too close each other and too dynamic with relative movement. I feel it unnecessary and dangerous. But it's visually effective, yes.
Looks exactly like CSS-1 Star Shuttle. You can see glimpses of it on EP 1 Phantom Menace, when Palps arrives on Naboo at the end of the movie. starwars.fandom.com/wiki/CSS-1_Corellian_Star_Shuttle/Legends
I'm amazed at what you can do. I can't wait to see all these shorts into one long film. Keep up the good work and love that you are working with EC Henry to bring his models to life.
The rebel ships are cool, but it's the awesome white clouds that make the scene so pretty to me. I'm a sucker for Star Wars ships in the *sky* as opposed to *space*
I'm lying in bed with the sniffles (not COVID) and my attention span between coughing fits and sneezes is just enough to enjoy these wonderful videos. It's like I'm in a parallel universe where all the Star Wars movies after ROTJ were written by the fans, directed by Jon Favreau with George Lucas providing technical advice on the set pieces. ....you're my only hope....
We must all admit that this guy created something that could be seamelesly be added to any of the films without people ever even noticing it. How far we came in terms of technology. I'm so happy to see this. It brings me hope that someday we'll get to see entire movies created by fans.
I used to sit and draw Star Wars ships for fun, my fav were the Tie Interceptor and X-Wings , these films are taking that up a notch, to say the least , maybe I'll learn how to do this myself lol, Great Job Skyforge
Watching this brings me intense joy on a spiritual level. I was honestly worried that a star destroyer was going to rise out of the clouds and ruin their day.
You gotta keep making more of these they’re soo beautiful 😍 Please try to make it longer if you have the time and effort to it would be soo much grander
I still can't believe how well you capture the look and feel of the original trilogy so well. I have massive nostalgia trips whenever I see your stuff!
@@Jedisage909 well i really like the video but to be true, there is no content here. some ships flying in formation do not make a great storyline. just my thoughts.
What are you talking about, Disney has made some really good stuff even in current Star Wars. Your issue seems more to be that you have different taste in things compared to others because people have different tastes in things. I would respect your comment more if it was a fan made movie length film or or at least TV episode length film but to stay a 40 second video is better content than professionals with more resources and experience is just illogical and crazy talk
So beautiful! Is it wrong that I want more scale? I want the fighters to be small as hell against those enormous freighters. This nails the style from ROTJ, though.
Truly amazing work, it's a nice scene, considering the only time we see ships fly in clouds is maybe the scenes on Bespin in the original movies. Would love to see a series like this, the CGI is so good, and you can see some weird ship models, which show, how the rebellion navy doesn't really have an official design, but rather they use what they find.
I will never get tired of seeing Rebel ships flying in formation with little flute musics playing triumphantly
Same
#TeamRebels
Me either!
The music made it seem like they were all off to a jolly garden party. I hope they have a good, uninterrupted time.
@@originaluddite yeah with lots of gungan steaks and ewok bbq 🥩
This feels like the ending to a peaceful Star Wars movie
(Mild Correction) This feels like the peaceful ending to a Star Wars movie.
But yeah it does.

Marvelous! Always a pleasure to lend my models to your beautiful animations!
Is the Gunship in the first few shots one of your models?
When I saw it I went "UUH AN EC HENRY MODEL"
Your model of that upgrade Y-Wing is My favorite, i really sant a scale model xd.

The Calm Before The Storm.
Or better yet: The calm _After_ the storm, with a newly relieved/liberated planet receiving supplies from their rescuers.
This feels like how Episode 7 should have opened up. Still a pan-down shot, but now in the favor of the style of the Rebellion/Alliance. A squadron of fighters and small cruisers flying by, complete with a reassuring theme to indicate the newly-found time of peace for the Galaxy.
Beautiful work
beautiful indeed
In less than a minute you can appreciate the brotherhood of the rebels by seeing so many ships of different types flying together
I’m honestly shocked that there wasn’t an Imperial star destroyer that jumped out of hyperspace at the end there. It would’ve been a jump scare for many I’m sure!
You read my mind, my Gungan friend
This reminds me so much of fish swimming alongside one another. Very well done!!

Great to see some Corellian Star Cruisers. What is the new ship that looks like a tanker? Haven't seen that one yet.
You mean one with red stripes, 3 giant cylindrical engines? Looks like a Correlian design to me
There might possibly be an EC Henry video coming out shortly about that ship-pod hybrid
@@jetoak I really hope so

@@O9caboose yes, I know what a CSS-1 is. It's in my post. I'm talking about the other , cylindrical ship.
So cool! What a dream, to actually fly in an X-Wing through the clouds...
im imagining them shooting the breeze while doing it 😄
Just hearing the X-Wing engines cruising by...so comforting and nostalgic.
It's such a simple concept but so well executed, it's the perfect balance. Top work!

I cannot express how much I love EC Henry's Y-wing design
This little short is better than all of the sequel trilogy
that is entirely your opinion. but it is definitely not factual
That CSS-1 Star Shuttle looks absolutely beautiful, very nice animation!
Ooh, an atmosphere scene. Never see this a lot in Star Wars spacecraft scenes much.
And then the pursuing Imperial fleet attacked.
"Now let's paint some happy little clouds!"
Every ship flying at an angle in every cut, makes it look like youre watching through a fish eyed lens. Very uncanny valley.
This is ILM level quality! Great job!
I so love the PBY-wing
One of the few to actually capture the atmosphere of OG Star Wars.
How beautiful!!!
God Bless those who did this!
Thank You 🙏! This is AWESOME 👏!!!
Amazing use of EC Henry’s models! Nice to finally see those ships in stunning detail and in flight!
Love how dreamy this looks with all of the classic Alliance fighters. Gotta love the rebels and the Bespin music
..literally looks like a 'file' pulled from my late 70's-80's imagination.
Bravo 💖✨
Easily the most zen star wars animation I've ever seen! Very calming!
Would make a great propaganda video.
"Reach the skies, reach Freedom."
"This is why we fight! These Rebel scum pollute our pristine stratosphere with their exhaust plasma! Join the Imperial Navy! Cleanse the skies!"
"Reach for the skies. Reach for freedom." - The Rebel Alliance
For the rebellion!
Sounds like Space Force new anthem lol
The EC-Verse is truly the best timeline

Very majestic looking.
Battle sequences are great and all but this is truly special and stands out. Just a mere convoy on a mission. Nice ship models

These 42 seconds capture what Star Wars is better than the entire sequel trilogy.
ngl i had this in a watch later playlist and when it came on i was not paying attention. thought i had brought up a disney+ show accidantly! 😄
I could watch these all day
Those EC Henry model Y-Wings look really nice in motion!
Very cool, I love the troop transports(?), the ones with the cylindrical shape.
That's the spirit of Star Wars!
