The second drill is an adaptation from an old Ipswich Town FC pro warm up routine they used to perform before first team matches. Players in threes in a triangle. The process was 5 x one-twos between A & B then instantly B plays 5 rapid one-twos with C then C repeats with A. Two circuits then reverse passing and repeat etc. Then all 3 would slowly move around the outside while passing into the path of the next receiver etc
THAT SPECIAL 😍 FEELING WHEN RECEIVING THE BALL JUST HITS DIFFERENT.
PLAYING WITH YOUR FRIENDS MAKES IT AMAZING TOO. LOTS OF LOVE ❤️.
RESPECT BROTHER
Absolutely bro! Nothing better than training with the lads 🤝
It's nice to work on first , it's very important and thanks for making this video mate , gonna do this . 👍🙂⚽

It's been 5year i never skip your video mate big fan
Great training session mate.love u brother..
👍👍👍 nice video!
Great video, would love to train with you in a session like this!
You got great coaching skills
Be honest 7mlc, how many times did you have a vision in your youth like '' this period I'm going to train this and that'' and your excited and suddenly something gets into your way? The path to pro is difficult for people because it takes hard work. But for hard workers it's still difficult because of how your hard work can be easily sabotaged. For example : you're doing a 30 day challenge on dribbling and you suddenly hear you have to go to for example spain the next month. Or you get injured. Those are off the pitch obstacles that are mostly overlooked by online coaches. How many times did that happen to you?
Life throws curveballs at all of us mate. It’s about adapting to the challenges and figuring out a way to either stay on track, or redirect your path so that you can still reach your goal.
@@7mlc I would like to say you guys have a lot of info out there, yet you come from a very distracted generation. I am a little older than you guys, and I played for very big clubs at youth level, till My career ended with injuries early on, but I can definitely say that you guys have lots of distractions with video games, and social media. I used to play football in the street or with friends a lot, if I wasn’t training. Small sided games are usually good, but people have so much to do other than play football now, which is very distracting
@@subliminalrecordings2350 Every generation has distractions. Currently they are video games, in your generation they were other things.
No matter what generation you’re a part of, discipline is required to choose things that get you closer to your goal instead of things that keep you further away.
@@7mlc true that
The ONLY real distractions are what you ALLOW. I tell all players I coach that you are 6 inches away from real success...and that’s the distance between your ears. What you think is what you do.
Very helpful! I’ve been implementing these training exercises into my routine every week and I notice the difference in my game so much 💪🏾 muchas gracias Amigo! Suerte
You’re more than welcome mate! 🤝
Bro you are amazing
You guys look amazing with the ball as always. I had some first practice myself today. I was doing the basics but they still knock me out! 🔥🔥
That’s great to hear man! 🤝
If you can make a short a some stuff you like to eat to stay healthy and be ready for games/practice if you can love your videos
Great quality, great patterns. 🔥💯
Thanks Julien 🤝
Excellent 🔥
Thank you 👊
You are the best!!!!
Appreciate your support!
How did we all learn to write ?
First we learned all the letters of the alphabet. Then we learned how to arrange them into words, then sentences, then paragraphs.
Then we got faster at writing and using different learned words to make it sound better.
What we always needed was something to write WITH, something to write ON, and someone to READ it.
And so, as with football(soccer), we learn the singular parts (technique), then we learn to use them in the correct sequence at the correct moment and place (skill), we get fitter to perform faster and longer and we try to ‘write a story’ with our play.
What we always need to take part is a BALL, somewhere to PLAY, someone to play WITH & AGAINST
Sangat bermanfaat sekali
Very helpfull
Happy to help 🤝

Hey mate I wanted to ask you a question that my team always plays me back at the defense but I am a left winger so should I train more as a winger also because they always tell me to play at the defense?
While playing I blocked a shot with my outer ankle (lateral malleolus) and I have got pain and reduced flexibility since yesterday. Do you have any recovery / rehab ideas that work well?
Nice video Michael,👍I want to ask should I include dribbling, passing, first touch and shooting in my individual training?really nice content 😊❤️❤️❤️
definitely! and its up to you which aspects you wanna work on in each session. sorry that im not Michael 😅
@@isaacong77 it fine bro,Ty for the advice

Hi 7mlc, is too late for senior to play soccer in college because I have no video records my games when I played and I don’t have much statistics about myself. But tbh I really want to pursue my dream is able to play soccer in college. What is your opinion?
Do you do for example speed, dribbling, shooting, agility and passing drills in one training or like monday dribbling and tuesday shooting and smthing
I train 5 days a week with my team, which covers all areas. This allows me to focus on certain areas of the game in my own training.
If you’re not regularly training with a team, I’d recommend including multiple areas of the game in your individual sessions 👍
Bro can you pls make video how to buy a good quality boots and size
Does interval traning incrase speed and condition
Nice video
Need a video on diet for football players 👍🏼
Diet is an individualistic topic mate. I can only share what I eat, but it won’t necessarily be exactly what you should be eating.
I’d recommend doing your own research, figuring out how many calories you need to fuel the type of training you’re doing, while taking any dietary restrictions into account to create a meal plan for yourself 👍
@@7mlc tq mate
Football is the best
Can’t argue 👍
Michael, how many days a week do you exercise?
I exercise daily mate. I train 5 days a week with my club, play a match once/twice per week, and then usually one active recovery day 👍

I’m not sure I understand the question?

Hey Michael, today i had my first team training of the season and i am s bit disappointed. I worked so hard this summer ( and i still do it) but i didn't witness something special. I mean i did some things that i didn't have last year but i continue to do stupid mistakes. Also a kid in my academy hasn't trained at all but he is still way better than the rest of us. I just don't get it man. I start to lose patience
Hi mate, some thoughts for you:
1. Progress, especially as an athlete, takes constant dedication over a long period of time, and even then, improvements are small. But the fact is, you’re already noticing some improvement, so you’re on the right track.
Your game won’t be drastically improved with just a few months, so keep going.
2. Don’t compare yourself to others, people have varying natural abilities and genetic advantages. Focus on yourself and your own journey.
Understanding that progress is a marathon and not a sprint while staying in your own lane will help you massively 🤝
@@7mlc thanks mate appreciate it 👍. It is really good that you answer all of your comments
My height 5'5 can I play soccer with club
Yes
@@7mlc thanks sir
Funny to hear you say 'then fizz the ball in' around Americans, do they say that too?
No they don’t say that but i’m not opposed to helping them learn 😂🤝
I have no club or academy so please can you help me
Join your local team mate, even if it’s a low level to begin with, it’s important to get yourself in a team environment where you can compete against other players. From there, become a standout player, make connections and work your way up 👊
I have many local team but it's Assam i belong that why I don't have club
