Michael I have been doing your training sessions almost every time i go the park and I have gotten so much better thank you so much ❤ this is my favorite channel
It feels so weird to watch a normal Training session after people are brainwashed by tiktok's extra saturated and highly edited videos, this is exactly how i litteraly train but it feels like i'm not perfect as i've been comparing myself with social media shorts. This is a huge motivation for me, thanks michael for showing the actual training.❤
40 year old player, got a great touch and ball control. One of the best things you can do is play with as small a ball as possible and play barefeet where possible. Kick a tennis ball against a wall or do everything with a tennis ball- dribbling/ shooting etc. Using a full size ball becomes so much easier after that. Maradona used to do it, bergkamp. Phil Foden has one of the best touches. He used to kick a small ball against the wall for hours, look it up.
Hello, Michael! I’m Yura and I’m 9. I’ve been watching your videos for 4 years now, and have learnt a lot from you. Thank you for this. Now I really want to learn how to do zinga step with a ball. In your future videos, can you please show how to do this?
Hey Michael most excellent video and brilliant you are helping someone out getting back into football after your football career you will be one top coach!
I honestly enjoy your content Michael, you've helped me train and I've gone to your videos many times to enjoy the beautiful game. Keep up the amazing work
Lots of coach teach only cons and ladders but they don't teach when to use that thinks which we learned so by watching your vedio I learned many things that I used to thing it's waste of time thank you for the time to teach us ❤
Is it possible for you to create a complete training program that covers all aspects for different positions, for instance a specialized program for a left winger that includes everything from technical ability to fitness aspects. I think that would be great as I have been looking for something like this but nobody is selling it for a low price.
Michael, Your love for passing on these nuggets are a testament to you. I have been going over virtually all my notes/diagrams/session plans/ and little phrases I often used to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. You have given me faith that the future is in good hands 👍
I saw your "The ultimate guide to 1v1 dribbling " video. There you said, "A lot of defenders will always stay side on with you, flat footed, trying not to get nutmegged so if defenders facing you like this (you brought your arms near your thighs), they have made your job easier, just knock the ball and run away, they have to rotate 180 degree " I didn't understand that point.
The point I made is that if you’re facing a less experienced defender, who approaches you with their hips facing towards you, this is a vulnerable position for them to be in if you decided to push the ball past them.
@@araufeducation8337 you're probably just hitting it by him and running. Always approach a defender by taking a baby touch to bait them into a challenge or to move their hips slightly, then move against their momentum.
It was so fun to watch you guys train. Sounds like I would have fun with those drills too myself... Jeff almost ruined the whole session though. I don't know why he couldn't keep his balance.
One as always but i have a question that i am working so hard to go pro i work after team traing before team training and extra and extra work but i am going down and down my performance in matches is like almost going zero have you ever face the same problem in your journey if not then please suggest me something i am so worry of this please reply sir
If you doing too much thats the problem of too much work give you bad performance, you have ti di a better training plan to become better and better dont work too much on you: train on you body parts ,train your speed, train on you dribbling and passes, train on your shoots but not all this in one day do 2 tamis a week of work
@@Vikram-ll4q I know i have the problem too you just have to think about why you start playing football its not late we have to keep going and surch for a kay to our goal, think about it
Hey Micheal 🙌 I wanted to ask this. At the highest level, it seems that football is played more with the mind than absolute athleticism. I have used your drills to improve my technical abilities to amazing levels. For a few months, I have been more focused on the mental aspect of football. I tried to use visual stimuli when doing individual training and also just analysed the pattern of play of different players (CM and CAM), For example, when they receive the ball I noted that there are a handful of scenarios which require specific turns and for others, they perform different moves. I don't know if what I said was clear, But basically, the top players analyse the game so quickly and realise what move they need to perform, and to us, it looks seamless. I'd be really interested if you came up with drills or an entire video explaining your point of view on this mate. Thank you 🙌
@@7mlc Basically what I meant was do you train your decision making because I felt the better decision you make on the pitch the better player you'll be regardless of your technical ability
i wish i could train with you tbh cuz rn im trying to get good and start football but i just aint got the euqipment and my balls are flat and my boots are... to put it nicely bad
Hey Mike, i know this is the word famous topic, but i need a solution. It's the world famous having a great training session, and freezing n matchdays, also im not playing at the moment (preparing for a trial), we're playing a lot of small sided games 1v1s, etc. Even though I'm a good dribbler, sometimes i feel like I've no idea how to control the ball, would you recommend just to do a ton s of individual training session, or something else ?
I could suggest 1-2 hours of invididyal training (30 minutes to an hour of individual work on days you have team training) but remember, the quality of your training is more important than quantity at your age.
