training barefoot is good and bad, it is good in this sense that you can adapt and take in new techniques quickly but it’s also bad as it creates the illusion that you could do all the same movements with boots on, which really only pro or extremely gifted players will have the ability to do
100% agreed. I think it is significantly important to learn to improve yourself how you actually play the game what you wear etc! Even new boots can affect your touch. So unless you are training to be beach footballer, I personally dont see the point. But again this is my opinion.

Always train the way you're going to play or you'll create bad muscle memory. You play with boots on so train with them too.
