I cannot wait for the regular divers to be updated and the entire longine line to get the new clasp. This design looks so much better than the numerals yet still fresh. I love the hour hand!
I actually like the numerals of the old hc. The new one looks really good, but now it looks a little but to much like yet a nother rolex Hommage, even the shape is, althoug good looking nearer to the rolex sub, than to the old hc... the numerals and shape gave it it's own style... the bracelet on the old hc really is bad for a entry level luxury watch... just won't fit
But we missing the originality from their first original legend diver. Peraonally, should have kept that, but maintain smaller numerals. Anyways, I am getting myself 1 even without those numerals. The best watch from Longines after their Zulu Spirit❤
I never liked the lume dot plus the numeral at the 9 o'clock position on the Hydro Conquest, so seeing the 9 go is an improvement, but something still looks off to me...maybe it's just in my brain that baton indices are for the quarter positions and circles are for everything in between, the Hydro Conquest does the exact opposite, maybe I just need to get used to it...
Looks great but I still prefer the previous Hydroconquest. It’s a bit busy with the different shapes and bezel. I also prefer the thinner profile of the previous one. Nonetheless, this is still a great new launch by Longines.
Looks like the love child of Rlx SubM and Omega SMP 300, in a good way, I mean. Kinda expecting chrono certified for the price hike, though. Tks for the vid, man.
Tried one the other day and on first impressions it had a cheap feel unfortunately. The gap between end link and first link is weirdly unnecessary and still very noticeable when on the wrist. Zulutime feels like an Omega in comparison IMO
I plan to get this in a week but i need help choosing the color. Do you guys think the blue one is better or the black. I cant decide. They both look good on my wrist
Scuba divers needs to know time back home... Or the time of close relatives home while diving at 100 meters deep... Or... (etc). I actually prefer GMT bezel, but in any case, hopefully more people will find it useless so it will stop being made then it will be collectible af.
Imho, any diver watch is at least 200m waterproof. But do we really dive with one? I remove my Hydroconquest to go swimming in a pool, and put on my G Shock or my Vostok Amphibian.😊 So astetically speaking, its the outlook that I go for. Cos even with my Zenith El Primero, i never use the chronograph function for real time speed test. Just something to brag when someone asks about its function. Practical? Nahhh..😂 Convinced yet?😊
@@aminsaid4379 well I’m not doubting the need in GMT bezel, it looks cool actually, I’m just saying that extra hour hand on dial doesn’t add anything crucial to watch’s appearance, that’s why I’m asking
@@CloudFeeD cant actually understand yr question. But doesnt a GMT watch needs an extra hour hand?🤔 Correct me if I am wrong. Thats the reason why u pay extra for that feature in your mechanism.
Glad they got rid of the numerals. Too much was happening. Question for you, which Longines gmt do you like better? The blue Hydroquest gmt or blue Spirit Zulu time? Both steel bracelets.
@@seanjohnson1929 yea, I'm hoping for a 39 as well. I would prefer Longines stop selling the last two versions of the Hydro and make this one w/o the GMT function.
On me la donne je l’offre sans même l’essayer 😂 montre de bonne manufacture mais la lunette tournante fait très cheap’ quand on la manipule et le bracelet …. Le fermoir date d’un autre temps
Not a fan of dial redesigns. It stops to be what that thing was originally. Markers in place of numerals reduces the esthetic. It is nice, just don’t call it a hydro conquest.
I love how they don't have the numbers at 6 9 and 12, but I dislike the red accents on the black model..... that little detail just doesn't do it for me. I'd rather step up to a Tudor for another grand more.
What is going on with that design, it's awful, why is there dots at 6 and 9, a triangle at 12, a diamond on the hour hand, rectangle markers, wtf it looks like a kids learn your shapes watch

I NEED the regular hydro conquest with this design😍😍😍😍
@@christian_zns totally agree 👍
The blue color is outstanding. Very nice
I purchased the olive dial variation on bracelet....in love. Want black dial on rubber too.
Those numerals on the non-GMT always looked awful to me. Glad they took those out on this one, now it looks sort clean!
But we missing the originality from their first original legend diver.

The best watch from Longines after their Zulu Spirit❤
Longines is just killing it.
Bought a new blue 💙 dial Hudroconquest and its stellar🤩 👍
I would buy it, if I wouldn't already own a regular Hydroconquest. Very nice watch!
Looks so nice im gonna have the blackone for sure 😊
If they make a smaller version of this it’ll be added to my list. Need something with a lug to lug around 47mm or less.
Very nice dial! I think it is the prettiest longines watch!
I have the non gmt version, and love it. Didn’t really need the extra gmt function. Both are amazing, can go wrong w either though!
HUGE improvement. Move the date to 6 o’clock and make all the indices besides 12 o’clock into rectangles and it’s perfect.
Better movement, and better bracelet than a high end Seiko for considerably less.
Don't put Seiko in a conversation with Longines 😂
The watch looks good
Are you talking about Grand Seiko? Because normal seikos are like a 1/3 of the price
Absolutely beautiful, especially at that price point.
That blue looka gorgeous

100% my next watch.

These are lovely
It looks sooooooo much better without the clown numerals
...but why circular indexes on 6 and 9 hours?😢🥺 Simply awfulll
Black one is lit 🔥
Love it 🔥 part of my collection.

Agreed, you are so spot on! It’s an exciting improvement.
It looks like a ginault silent service (which is also a homage of both too)
Very nice dial !
Love it 👌
What a package!a diver comes with gmt function
I don’t find a video or article about a GMT diver watches. Please make one which mention currently available all GMT diver watches.
I love it
Handsome watch

Will i be able to buy the bracelet for my old hc?
You'll be able to buy it, but will it fit?
Longines is hitting out of the park….I can’t think of a better overall brand in their space.
Why would they not make the date window circular to maintain aesthetics and symmetry.
Will the new version come without GMT and replace the old version eventually?
I plan to get this in a week but i need help choosing the color. Do you guys think the blue one is better or the black. I cant decide. They both look good on my wrist
I don’t really understand why diver watches need gmt function? Find it sort of useless. Any thoughts to convince me otherwise?

Can you review the ram chrono gyro watches? They cost as much as some lower end watches but I wanted to know what you thought about it
Need 38-39mm
Why is my Tudor BB pro so thick then😢
No 39 mm?
Dial on the expensive one seems too plain. Hydroconquests need those big numerals in my option, making it a prime driver / tool watch
38mm is perfect
Any idea if this hydroconquest gmt bracelet would fit the original hydroconquest?
Haven't tried so am not sure!
Why do you need a GMT complication in a dive watch?
@minutemon, which colour would you get?
Blue!
I have to admit, this is outstanding compared to the monta skyquest at 2500
Nice
this dial looks a lot better imo.
Glad they got rid of the numerals. Too much was happening.

Why is this 300m diver GMT 0,6mm thinner than the 39mm 100m Zulu Pilots GMT (12.9 vs 13.5mm)? In what world does that make sense?
*looks at my 6.25 in wrist and wonders if it can pull it off*
I wonder if they will make 39mm versions. Cuz I have 6.6 to 6.7inch wrist and i still would not even consider a 41mm. 39mm is my preferred max

I love Longines, but the use of 3 different shapes of indices ruins the watch for me.
Maybe I’m just picky though…..
only 41 mm? no 43 mm?
Nice they put the Christopher Ward clasp on it! Cool
I mean what would make you buy this over the Zulu time?
Weird to use round indices for only 6 and 9. Too busy
please loose the date window!

38 or 39 please, this is a beut.

😂 I own this watch and just learned that it has a micro adjust on the rubber strap 🤦♂️
🔥
why cant GMTs offer a no date version
It has the wrong bezel! Should be a 24 hour bezel then this would be stunning
This is just an Overpriced Tissot Seastar in my opinion
Finally Longine also had no choice but to copy the iconic Rolex submariner
On me la donne je l’offre sans même l’essayer 😂 montre de bonne manufacture mais la lunette tournante fait très cheap’ quand on la manipule et le bracelet …. Le fermoir date d’un autre temps
what the hell is the use? i dont think that anyone would swim or dive far enough and fast enough to need a damn gmt diver
Longines is really jocking Rolex with the latest case design of the conquest and hydroconquest
Keep Dreaming!

24hr bezel and its a buy.
Just get the Zulu time if that's what you're after
@@timcarlstrand5890doesn't have the adjustable clasp
I don't like it, what's wrong with their zulu spirit? With the price being so close, I can't imagine anyone picking this over that. Maybe it's just me
I prefer them without the arabics 👍
Agreed. This watch became non-Longines.
But getting 1 anyways😂❤
It's a very handsome watch, but too expensive imo. A modified ETA movement? I'd rather spend a bit more and get a Black Bay Pro instead.
I love how they don't have the numbers at 6 9 and 12, but I dislike the red accents on the black model..... that little detail just doesn't do it for me. I'd rather step up to a Tudor for another grand more.
this without the GMT and a thinner case (and $500-1000 less) would be perfect for me.
First, 39mm would be more versatile. Second, the circle shape of 9 and 6 is kinda awkward 🤔
But it stupidly repeating the double side AR coating 😒
Looks attractive, but unoriginal.
Yet another Omega SMP 300 clone.
Way way too expensive
