I've had mine for 5 years. Just dropped by to see the more recent editions reviewed. For a lot of people, the clasp is a contentious issue, being press-fit rather than having deployment buttons but it is beautifully engineered to a very fine tolerance. It has a, kind of, 'goldilocks' tension while locking (not too hard/ not too weak); very confidence inspiring as it feels very secure. Some people find taking it off, to be painful but once you've owned one for a while you may discover 2 nice little hacks that turn opening the clasp into a breeze. Instead of using a fingernail under the indentation in the clasp, to open the (I can't remember what it's called) 'safety catch', grab the sides of it with the thumb and forefinger of your other hand, pull, and it opens very easily and painlessly. Then, instead of pulling the clasp open with the tip or fingernail of your thumb, slide the index finger of your other hand in between your wrist and the underside of the clasp and just push the centre, milled, 'strut' of the clasp out from between the other two 'struts' (again: '??') between, which, it is held captive by the simple press-fit system. If you already have one, try it. It may improve your opinion of the clasp and the watch. If you're thinking of getting one, bear it in mind, as it completely negates any qualms or misgivings that some people may have about it before, or whilst, buying the watch.
🎉 Thank you! I just got my blue dial HydroConquest as a grad school graduation gift. This was the only thing turning me off to it. The clasp feels so tense and stiff! Even more so then my S.A.R. Rescue Lumen from Mühle Glasshütte. The 2 tips make it so much easier!
Thank you, the tips are appreciated. Tip #1 however, "pulling up on the safety catch with your thumb and index finger" does not work on my new Hydroconquest 43. Tip #2 however does work.
Wow after some months of deliberation, I finally bought a black 41mm then only a few days later this video comes out! I find the HC to be absolutely stunning and I'm so chuffed with it! The rubber strap brings down the weight and makes the longer lugs wear a little smaller imo. Also, fits in nicely with a casual/active persons style that isn't at all out of place when dressed up on occasion, due to its clean appearance and nice clasp.
@@m0xiemarlinspike I don't personally have any problem with them. The AD showed me a technique for winding where you kind of favour the index finger below the crown, rubbing it past the crown rather than gripping it fully. More of the crown is protruding at the bottom. So maybe that helped some.

This watch is super versatile. You can be dressed-up & wear it or you can go to work wearing it or try an athletic endeavor wearing it. Water resistant 1000 ft., screw-down crown, shock resistant...glows in the dark. Perfect watch for every-day-wear.

It’s stunning to look at, keeps time brilliantly and comes with a brilliant heritage. It’s outstanding, absolutely love it. Would highly recommend it.
I love the hydroconquest, it checks a lot of boxes, especially with bracelet quality under $2k, where the older models fell short was with the Lume, unremarkable to say the least, I have yet to see one of the newer modes with the BGW9, but that and the ceramic bezel look like an upgrade worthy of checking them out again. Love the see-through caseback on the Tissot though. Might boil down to design preference in the end.

I have the Blue Dial un 41mm and had the AD watchmaker brush the center link just after I bought it. Love the coin edge bezel, the sunburst, bracelet, clasp, lugs, everything. This watch is amazing. $1500 for a Swiss Ceramic bezel diver on a bracelet. Nothing compares to this, Maybe Mido, Certina or Tissot, but none with exactly the same specs.
I bought the 39mm in blue on bracelet a little over a week ago and I love it. It is the perfect size for my 6 1/2" wrist. Terrific value for money.
@@nsbt93 I haven't had any glare problems. To be honest, this is the first I'm hearing about potential AR coating issues with this watch. It's not a perfect watch, none are, but a year in and I'm still loving it. GREAT value for money, especially if you buy via gray market.

Still wear my 2015 Hydro every day. Not one issue. Watch people love it. Non watch people spot it and ask about it often. It was between a Hydro and Aquaracer for me and I think I made the right choice.
I was confused between the aquaracer and this one. Eventually got both but this was a more sensible choice. Works fine and does not even miss a second where as the tag gains 12 seconds a day and has gone for service under warranty( tag service is awesome). I got the 43 mm green colour. Large to what i normally wear but it does not feel that big on wrist
@@Kraken2681994 For the price yes. They are within a few hundred euros of each other but Longines is on another level. I love Hamilton but recently their pricing has gone so some of the Longines are now similarly priced.
I think the hydroconquest is surely one of the best bang for buck you will ever find. My father owns one and it's robust, versatile and looks spectacular..
I bought my HydroConquest 41 mm ceramic bezel and rubber strap three months ago after selling my 43 mm, which was a bit big. I Love this size better , I wear it with leather bands and looks awesome.
I did the Green Hydroconquest w/ Steel band and two rubber bands for $1300, one black and one green matching one. Absolutely great watch, the steel band leaves lots to be desired, but the rubber bands are top notch.
This will be one of the first grail watches that I purchase (not gifted) so I want to make sure I will love it. Why would you say the bracelet leaves a lot to be desired?
You are brilliant, Teddy - I do follow your reviews with pleasure and high interest; especially as a Swiss, this Longines may well make it to my collection - thanks!
I bought it yesterday and I love this watch already, it looks much better than on website, soon as I put it on my wrist I made decision to buy it. Can be worn in every occasion and style. Ordered rubber stap too to change its look time after time. Think this will be my everyday watch, it’s really comfortable to wear, not too thick and can be worn under the dress shirt. Price is great for Swiss watch with history starting from 1832, it costs a bit more than Iphone which have to be replaced every 3/4 years, this watch will last you lifetime.
Well done Teddy, we shouldn’t forget there is also an option in 39mm for the Hydroconquest (without the Ceramice bezel), that size is really interesting as well.
@@simonbailey2151 How would the 39mm fit on a (my) noodle wrist of 6.1 inches? Main issue is the lug to lug (which i prefer to keep at or below 48mm, which is the maximum I can handle even with having the benefit of flat wrists)
I bought a blue one. And I love it. Funnily enough I saved this video but didn’t watch it. Then bought the best watch in the store for my price line. And it was this one.
I received the black dial 41 mm on the black rubber strap for Christmas and after having worn it for a few weeks, have nothing but good things to say about it. It keeps great time, losing about 1 second a day. The sapphire crystal is of great quality and the AR treatment makes it easy to appreciate the dial. It wears comfortably even with the long lug to lug measurement. The crown is a bit hard to access and the lume is kind of weak, but those are relatively minor issues, since most of the time I wear it I don't need to see the lume or play with the crown. I don't think there is a better daily diver at that price point. And it is quite striking.
I always appreciate your reviews, and I've been thinking about purchasing a Longines after this review I will be purchasing a Hydroconquest this week ⌚
Picked one of these up off eBay for $875 all in with nearly the full 5 years left on the unclaimed warranty card. Running nearly perfect in terms of seconds/day in many days losing or gaining no time at all. The L888.5 movement is the same movement they use in even their $3000+ models and is vastly superior to any other movement you’ll find in this price range imo.
As an owner of the 41mm black version I am still hoping that Longines release a 39mm version with the cleaner dial and ceramic bezel. Very good review I must say.
Just got one today. I absolutely love it. I bought the bracelet as well for options. I think Ill wear the rubber strap in the summer months and the bracelet in the cooler months.
I just got my 41mm Hydroconquest in blue to go with my Conquest and Spirit. Longines offer so much value. I do think they should have priced it in the $1800-$2000 range and put that money into upgrading the clasp, bracelet and lume (in that order).
@@KillerDiaguR It's mainly the clasp and not the bracelet itself that I think could use an upgrade. When you compare it to Omega's clasps (and bracelets) when their watches were occupying the space that Longines has taken over, the Longines clasp doesn't cut it (neither does the bracelet.) Also, the bracelet on my Spirit is more comfortable than the one on the Hydroconquest. So, I think with a slight price bump, they could have addressed it.
It's amazing quality for the price, it hits the nail in the head in some aspects: The arabic font used is similar to the Explorer I, but elongated horizontally with number in 12 o'clock instead of 3 o'clock because of the date window, really nice reference. Also the snowflake design of the hour hand is a thousand times better than the one used by Tudor, more aesthetically appealing. Great watch. I see Longines, Zenith, Cartier, making smart choices and understanding the market in recent times. I would include Breitling if they had more case size options under 42mm for men watches. Merry Christmas!
I've said a similar thing about the snowflake, more refined and better looking than the Tudor one imo. Fitting the sophisticated dress diver aesthetic perfectly!
@@K.J.H_ I completely agree on the snowflake! I've been thinking the same. That's how you do a snowflake hour hand, the Tudor snowflake hands are ghastly to look at.
I have a Longines Conquest VHP GMT. Its a great watch, wears well, and incredibly accurate. The watch looks great in both business suits and out on the boat. I think the Hydroconquest will make a great addition to my collection as a more sport/casual piece.
Just swooped a grey one (traded for my Zodiac Super Sea Wolf ZO9210). Came with two nice nato straps, the bracelet, and the grey rubber strap. The guy who traded it to me had the center links professionally brushed to match the rest of the bracelet and it looks fantastic. The high polish that the center links come with from the factory is a little much for a tool watch in my opinion so I welcomed the brushing of the bracelet!
Longines did a lot of things right with Hydroconquest. Too bad they got rid of the 39mm version with this newer model because it wears just great on my 16,5cm wrist. However, I'd say the best thing about these is the movement. The long power reserve is simply amazing and they usually run very accurately, in my experience.
Hopefully longines will reconsider and release 39mm for this version...the lug2lug for this 41mm is what gives me second thought to get it, i tried it twice already in an AD shop..😥
I've had a Conquest 39 since 2016, looses around 30 seconds a day... Don't really care about the power reserve as it's always on my wrist Still love it and look forward to moving up to the master collection cronograph
I just got the blue 39mm Hydroconquest in quartz, which is what I preferred due to it being about 2mm thinner. For only $700 new OTD, I can't complain. Most divers are too thick for my taste, even on my 7.25" wrist.
Longines has done a good job updating and refining the HydroConquest. The lugs and bracelet are bit clumsy, but at least the bracelet tapers now. The clasp is in desperate need of updating. Overall a very nice package, though.
I'd love to see a dateless variant. I never need a date window, and don't like to deal with them and this watch would look even more spectacular with that symmetry of the added "3". It's a lovely watch for sure.
The watch is a very good offering from Longines. It's well made, accurate to COSC standards (in my personal experience) and wears well on my large wrist (my model is 41mm). The lug to lug distance is enormous and makes it wear like a 42-43 mm watch. This is a problem of most Longines watches, though. I wish they shorten the measurements in their future releases across the board. I even had problems rocking the 40mm Spirit becuase of the lug distance. The lug holes are in the middle, so the straps look weird and chafes against the lug ends, so if you think of getting an aftermarket strap - don't. Just stick to the bracelet (kinda meh) or the original rubber strap. On the flip side it's a very legible toolwatch bringing elegance and rugedness together in one price-compelling package.
Just receive my blue dial with a bkue rubber strap HC y'day and I have to admit that this is a great bang for your buck. Awesome quality for less money and it looks astonishing. Got the 43mm version for my 7.5inch wrist and have to say thats the right size for all who dont have a smaller wrist than 7in go with the 41mm version
I have the blue HC on rubber. It’s probably the least expensive piece in my collection. I bought it three months ago and I can’t take it off my wrist. No doubt Longines is a great value for the money. Possibly the best value out there right now IMO. The time variance is barely noticeable and Ive had many compliments on it. I also have the calendar chrono … 3K? Unbelievable!
Ive always had a soft spot for Longines going back to the mid seventies when a came across one of their glossy catalogues (what ever happened to them). A gold Longines dress watch is amongst my collection but unfortunately it wears to small for my 8" wrist so my wife has taken it. My son is looking for a watch in the £1500 range so I'll certainly be advising him to give the Hydroconquest consideration. Great review by the way.
Bought myself the HC, in the grey ceramic and grey sunray dial - it's beautiful, I've been getting so many compliments from it. It's understated yet quite different in style. It's £1390 RRP.
I have a 39mm blue dial regular Conquest, and I'm starting to lust after this HydroConquest now. Apart from all the goodness you mentioned Teddy, it comes with one other pro for me - you will look long and hard to see another on someone's wrist. Unlike some other brands' divers, it's not a case of everyone and their dog has one of these
Guess I'm the minority in this but yea I just bought the 43mm black dial and truly loves it. I've tried the 41mm, the lug fits nice but the diameter feels relatively small to see since I'm used to 44mm Seiko Prospex & G-steel gshock. And finding this 43mm is not an easy task either since most shops sell only 41mm (the hot ones), but finally got one with good price & love this as my first ever luxury swiss watch.
Hydro conquest is the best dive watch if u have small wrist .. the best part of this watch is it’s diameter and it’s width . I was thinking Tudor black bay but it was too thick doesn’t fit good at all , the moment I tried this hydro conquest I fell in love with it , looks like it’s tailor made for my small wrist and it’s very minimalist… u can’t go wrong with this watch… grey , blue and green has the sun burst looks great
It is an amazing watch. I wanted a daily beater and I had to decide between this watch and the Mido Ocean Star GMT. I went for the Mido and no regrets so far. With that being said, I am sure I would have been equally happy with this one.
I'm well pleased by my 39mm black dial variant of the HydroConquest. It's a smart looking modern watch from a reputable brand that works well on my 16cm wrist. It retails for $1275 but can be had for under $1000, so I feel comfortable wearing it. Owning it has stopped my urge to get a much more expensive diver.
Nice video Teddy, Thanks. This is my ‘Grail’ watch I picked up the 41mm ceramic bezel blue dial in the recent Black Friday sale. The ‘sharp’ crown, I find is more noticeable when screwing the crown back in but it’s not bad. I love everything else about this watch including the bracelet, the finishing and the weight on my wrist.
This watch is nice. It’s been reviewed by everyone who has a channel as it’s a well known popular watch under $1,500 US. Welcome to the party 👍 - one thing I’ll add. The best thing about this watch is the movement. The finishing is good. Not better than what you pay for though as you suggest.
It is the equal of any watch costing $2,000 and above. In what way would more money make this watch better. It would not improve the quality of the ceramic bezel, stainless steel case, dial, saphire crystal, water resistence, etc. The bracelet is incredibly comfortable. It has solid endlinks, solid links and is micro adjustible. It is every bit the equal of the $4,500 Todor Black Bay. The Black bay is only water resistent to 660 feet, whereas the Longines goes as far as 1,000 feet. No, this is intentionally underpriced in order to not compete with Omega. It is not just a great entry level luxory diver. It is simply a great diver. This uses a free sprung balance wheel. It is accurate to COSC specs even though it is not COSC certified. A great watch regardless of price.
I bought a Tissot Seastar 2000 last year. I love the way the Hydroconquest looks but can't bring myself to buy it. The only thing that I see the Longines has that the Tissot does not have is the warranty.
Amazing watch, I was doubting between this and the Oris Aquis for a long time. The Aquis ended up being the winner and I do not regret it, but the Longines is a solid pick up and a beauty in its own right.
Glad to hear. I just spent a vacation in Hawaii and where I’m from in Alaska our watch selection is extremely limited. I got to try on a lot of greats: Oris, Longines, Tudor, TH Aquaracer, Tissot and of course Longines. I went with the 41 Longines HC green/gold with green rubber strap. I wish I would have had more time I would have liked to try on the Breitling but price wise the Oris and Longines were the real competitors as far as apples to apples.
Love the blue and rose gold one on the rubber blue strap, next watch for me. Very good value for what it is. Another great video Teddy. Keep up the excellent content.
I tried on the black and rose gold on rubber strap last week and can't get it out of my mind. I also like the green on green strap version in this review.
Hi Teddy. Greetings from Australia. 🇦🇺 Thanks for an informative video on the Hydroconquest. 👏👏 I thoroughly enjoy your channel especially the fact that while you are an enthusiast, you are not a watch snob.👍 I recently bought a 41mm in blue with bracelet, ( partly influenced by your video, ) and it is my entry into a Swiss divers. I have found it to be functional, versatile, good looking and great value. Keep up the good work and stay safe. 🍻
I bought this watch in the 39 instead as the Tag Heuer Aquaracer 200m as my beater watch. The Longines has a ceramic bezel and a better movement for almost half the price of the Tag.If only the base hydro conquest had the gmt bracelet and clasp.Funny thing though although I have a watch collection both this Longines and Tag will be mostly purchased by people that it will be there only watch.
Longines are really good looking watches. But I prefer the models with only 6 and 12 marked with digits. With such a big sized 6, 9 and 12, the abscense of 3 dramatically breaks the symmetry. Either only 6 and 12 OR the date window at 6 o' clock. But the best is no date, in my opinion!
Terrific video. My only gripe with my watch is those crown guards. To my eye they just seem out of place and you are absolutely correct, they are sharp when working the crown.
Bought the grey one in 41mm with steel bracelet today here in Germany with 20% off. Love how it wears on my 19cm wrist. I´m an addict for Longines and Rado, but Longines seems to offer more for the money. Like your videos :-)
Excellent review, as always! I'd like to point out that imo the 41mm version that you are reviewing here should be sold with a narrower bracelet (like 20mm lug-to-lug) and maybe a slight tapering to the clasp. I think that the proportions of the 41mm case need a narrower bracelet (the 43mm looks great with the same 21mm bracelet). Also, it seems that they switched to a green(ish) lume lately? My 43mm variant doesn't feature a blue lume...
I would go with the Oris 65 (non in house movement) in this general price range. This is a decent offering. I don't like the date window integration though.... Maybe a no date would be more attractive.
Absolutely adore this watch. I was between this and the Ball Marvelight, and ended up going for the Ball as it’s a better watch overall both in quality and finish, tritium is just a plus. There’s so many amazing watches under $2,000.
I just bought the black dial earlier at Macy’s with they’re 25% off. Definitely a tactical buy that I had to execute versus buying 2 Seiko 5s. I suggest people try to see if that discount still stands.
Great video, very accurate analysis. In my 4.5 years in the game as a watch collector and enthusiast, I collected a lot from amzwatch I was thinking I was able to get a blue SD but I'm not vip enough, but I'm not giving up. Hehe. Great video.

I am considering both Tag Aquaracer or Longines Hydroconquest. Can you give me your feedback after 9 months from your previous comment?
72 hours power reserve and a five year warranty; nothing comes close to the hydroconquest at this price range
Agree....also SeaQ (40hrs), aquaracer, polaris, SO, aquis, all around 40. Above this price range, unless a no-date dress, a strong PR is a must imo.

@@Kraken2681994 nice watch but the finish is nowhere nearly as nice. I have an Hamilton.
@@chantellegiovanni9718 The Longine much nicer finish yeah?
@@slashnagy6 I absolutely would, but don’t let that stop you. Get one of their rubber bands, they are fantastic and give it a much more sporty look.
Looks great. Personally, I prefer the normal Conquest over this diver, but I have a soft spot for Longines. I’ll have one in my collection one day.
Love Love Love my 43 Hydroconquest in Blue … get so many compliments when wearing it sharp watch and huge bang for the buck!
Longines Hydroconquest ceramic bezel is an awesome watch. The movement accuracy is fabulous too
Mine (latest edition, also with Si balance spring) runs within COSC specs. Without the certification. Zero complaints here.
Well done Teddy, we shouldn’t forget there is also an option in 39mm for the Hydroconquest (without the Ceramice bezel), that size is really interesting as well.
he mentions all 4 sizes
I owned that; it wore exceptionally well. That model with the ceramic bezel surely would sell bucketloads.
@@holdenjorski4117 sorry I missed that
Wish they’d update the 39mm, the larger ones have a lot less cluttered display.
Bought this watch this week in blue, so much better seeing it in person and for the price you can’t go wrong 👍😊
Great review! Got a new green one 41 mm with rubber strab brand new (used 2 weeks) for 800 swiss francs. Really great watch!
I just bought the Commonwealth Games Edition. Can’t wait to get it. Looks awesome!
love Longines 🥰 love their designs, proportions and dials 😎
Teddy, in your opinion who offers more bang for buck, Longines or Tissot??
Picked one of these up off eBay for $875 all in with nearly the full 5 years left on the unclaimed warranty card. Running nearly perfect in terms of seconds/day in many days losing or gaining no time at all. The L888.5 movement is the same movement they use in even their $3000+ models and is vastly superior to any other movement you’ll find in this price range imo.
literally perfect timing for this video. I am between the Hydroconquest and Aquis.
I wish they made it with their VHP quartz movement. +/- 5 seconds per year.
Thank you Teddy! It's great that you listen to your audience! Great video as always and great watch as always!
The bracelet is solid (not that I'm sure it couldn't be upgraded) but I firmly agree on the lume. An even coat of bgw9 wouldn't go amiss
Lol nobody would buy a longine for 2k when it’s Tudor’s territory. Watches are priced for brand not qualities.
@@lihanou It isn't anywhere close to Tudor territory. In fact, it's less than half the price.
@@caktaylor i would put lume on first place👍🏻
I have the blue which I got in 2019. Fantastic watch. Perfect one watch. Suits every occasion.
That's why I went with the conquest.
Hopefully longines will reconsider and release 39mm for this version...the lug2lug for this 41mm is what gives me second thought to get it, i tried it twice already in an AD shop..😥
I've had a Conquest 39 since 2016, looses around 30 seconds a day... Don't really care about the power reserve as it's always on my wrist
Still love it and look forward to moving up to the master collection cronograph
@@61percentodicarica Same but the 30 seconds do annoy me sometimes!
Agreed. My HC clasp is...not very good. But the rest of the piece is outstanding.
Longines rubber strap ftw
I'd love to see a dateless variant. I never need a date window, and don't like to deal with them and this watch would look even more spectacular with that symmetry of the added "3". It's a lovely watch for sure.
I 👍 this comment.
I have this watch in my collection and i absolutely Love it. Real dive watch
I bought the blue 39mm quartz version. For $700 new OTD, I can't complain...:). The quartz version is 2mm thinner. Great grab-n-go dress dive watch.
Just got the same one can't wait for it to come in!
One of the most awaited reviews! 😍 Thanks bro. Buying this gorgeous piece for 2022 ✌
Ive always had a soft spot for Longines going back to the mid seventies when a came across one of their glossy catalogues (what ever happened to them).
I bought this exact watch same dial 3 days ago. Such a killer watch for the price. Really pictures do not make justice to this dial
man that double AR coating really does show through in the camera work. Super clear and sharp
I have a 39mm blue dial regular Conquest, and I'm starting to lust after this HydroConquest now. Apart from all the goodness you mentioned Teddy, it comes with one other pro for me - you will look long and hard to see another on someone's wrist. Unlike some other brands' divers, it's not a case of everyone and their dog has one of these
Just bought this today 😊
@@yogzm5645 and may it bring you tons of joy! I know mine does
Thank you. I heard they make the 39mm in ceramic. Do you think it matters and is it worth going for that?@@alanmckinnon6791

I'm in the same boat right now, narrowed my choice to the same 2 pieces as you...glad you like the oceanstar. May I ask why you decided on that one?
@@danny2264 Sure....I went for the Mido because it has a GMT complication.
How much was it on the Black Friday sale ?
@@Tripp216 $1878 Australian from Mazzuchelli's
Had this 2 years bought it for £1230 and in my opinion money well spent it’s a great watch for the money
This watch is nice.
It’s been reviewed by everyone who has a channel as it’s a well known popular watch under $1,500 US.
Welcome to the party 👍
- one thing I’ll add.
I've been looking for my first legit swiss watch and I'm pretty sure the Hydroconquest is going to be the one.
I am glad I picked up both, totally solid watches . 🙂
Having seen both in flesh I think the Oris looks better. The Longines has a better caliber
@@karthikmonju8849 I did the same. Love them both.
I also like the green on green strap version in this review.
is it quartz?
Hi Teddy.
Greetings from Australia. 🇦🇺
Thanks for an informative video on the Hydroconquest. 👏👏
I thoroughly enjoy your channel especially the fact that while you are an enthusiast, you are not a watch snob.👍
I recently bought a 41mm in blue with bracelet, ( partly influenced by your video, ) and it is my entry into a Swiss divers.
Very compelling watch. Awesome vid Teddy!!! Happy Holidays!
I bought this today in dark blue at 44mm on the strength of this video, good job
Perfect. Someone was asking about this watch recently and I was thinking about suggesting a review here and boom!
Would love to see some Longines Master Collection watches too! (Eg the annual calendar)
Nice review Teddy, please take a look at the Longines Spirit series.
I just bought a HC PVD gold version as birthday gift, L888 movement is stable.
hows the accuracy??
Great looking watch. If I didn't already have a diver, I'd get one of these.
Agreed, the numerals ruin it. I would prefer four smaller numerals without a date. That would make it really great.
Terrific video. My only gripe with my watch is those crown guards. To my eye they just seem out of place and you are absolutely correct, they are sharp when working the crown.
I own two of these and cant believe how awesome these watches are! Cant beat them for the money. I will buy every color!
Bought the grey one in 41mm with steel bracelet today here in Germany with 20% off. Love how it wears on my 19cm wrist. I´m an addict for Longines and Rado, but Longines seems to offer more for the money. Like your videos :-)
Looks a beautiful watch! Have been waiting for this review.
Cheers, Teddy. Very helpful
Maybe a no date would be more attractive.
agree... a magnifier might helped for symmetry
Absolutely adore this watch. I was between this and the Ball Marvelight, and ended up going for the Ball as it’s a better watch overall both in quality and finish, tritium is just a plus. There’s so many amazing watches under $2,000.
Can you be specific what in quality and what in finish was better?
I've just got the smokey grey fave and dial version. It's actually way better than I thought it would be.
no.1 watch in market for most bang for your buck. and it looks sensational.
I just bought the black dial earlier at Macy’s with they’re 25% off. Definitely a tactical buy that I had to execute versus buying 2 Seiko 5s. I suggest people try to see if that discount still stands.
Darn I missed it..Did macys have the blue dial on sale as well?
Got a quartz hydroconquest as a wedding gift 6 years ago it is a tank!
Great video, very accurate analysis. In my 4.5 years in the game as a watch collector and enthusiast, I collected a lot from amzwatch I was thinking I was able to get a blue SD but I'm not vip enough, but I'm not giving up. Hehe. Great video.
I own the 39mm old version, love it, I just stare at it all the time.
Im a proud owner of the Longines VHP GMT, white dial. Very cool watch.
Great watch. I have two. The Hydroconquest 43mm SS Ruber strap Chrono is my favorite.
They now have silicon balance spring as well!
