The footage was made when everyone was talking about the "genshin killer", so they will obviously say it a lot in the video.
Better to leave an impression of positivity, that it can be quite true by showing instead of simply telling, especially with actions that show immediate response to `problems`. Then simply be forgotten in a pattern of inactivity or terrible decision making, then ever to address any concerns until its some regularly scheduled update, a month later at minimum, probably 3 or more in even worst cases.
Honestly some reason im reminded of Disgaea RPG where they had the global version`s initial release plagued with rushed content, a terrible point farm system to earn goods but forced to run multiple copies of the same unit to point farm and still need todo thousands of runs if you wanted to even `hope` to get all the rewards, PLUS them rushing new content that would also require stamina use even before the other content was over.
