Hi i have a LG 42 la620v tv i have sound but no backlight, on start up it flashes on and then goes off, I have a picture with the flash light method, i have also changed all of the led lights, any help would be appreciated thanks 👍
Any popped capacitors on the Power Supply Board maybe? Atleast worth to check out if you haven't already. Doesn't have to really be popped open sometimes they also just look slightly bulged up.
I know your showing led repair here but i thought id ask you anyways. Ok jimmy tech question. Im working on the same tv and just replaced the emmc chip. No netflix now. I talked to a few of my techs to get an option on why doesn't netflix work after replacing the tsop chip. No one can give an answer. I personally think its because it gets corrupted when copying the chip because it wont transfer the user name and password on the original chip for netflix. It's Encrypted data. What's your opinion ? I wish i knew what bytes of information are responsible for netflix user name and password have this figured out. Something is definitely wrong with the bytes of information stored for netflix.😊
