Hey Mitch!! Glad you made it to my home town. I was running the sid station on the run at the Scout building. Glad you made it dude, thanks for coming and making it worthwhile for us!
I was handing out medals at the finish line.
I love the way you guys get out of your comfort zone to learn new things. Robby has a skill that not a lot of us has. He ask people that has the knowledge and expertise if he does not know how to do something. Perfectionist(Robby) make mistakes and fix it until it is perfect. Good job team.
Loved Demri’s response to Hillbilly trying to burn the shop down “Oh” and then just moves along.😂
Robby, your shop has a great group of people in it. Your wife, hillbilly and Dinner are just so much fun to watch. You guys have found something special in each other. We all benefit from that , as long as you continue to record what you’re doing as if RUclips wasn’t there, I believe that you will always be successful and enjoyable. It’s when people try to be something that they are not that things get “manufactured” and not as enjoyable.
God bless those beeeeuuuutyyful babies of yours.
Be safe gentlemen.
Thanks for the memories
Hi Robby and Hillbilly. It is very entertaining watching you guys create a rock crawler out of the remains of the BroncStar. And having to learn new tools and procedures to boot. Not to mention the complications of tube bending. What a challenge. I sincerely wish you both the best.
I always had trouble starting something that I had never done before. I was afraid that the end result would not be perfect so I was reluctant to start.
I found that experience and repetition are the key to finally getting a complex task completed correctly and looking good.
So, when you get to Robby’s crawler you should have gained a lot of experience and repetition.
It’s like spray painting. When you start you make mistakes. After years of experience and repetition you get really good.
Thank you:) it’s been a lot of fun figuring it all out
Demri from the top rope!
Demri: Neither of you read instructions 😀
Nice to see Demri in the vids more! Thanks all for sharing! Take care! Eddie
Boss, you are the voice of reason. Moab separates the sketchy from the not as sketchy. It is interesting to see Robby’s sense of perfection applies to fabrication too, so hopefully they have a strong safe crawler.
As a motorcycle rider I approve of Hillbilly's heat and a/c free ride.
Hi from New Zealand! 🇳🇿 congrats on competing in our ironman! And yessss pineapple lumps are yumm! 😄 its cool that yous actually know about our little place 😃
Hey Robbie & Hilllbilly,
Before i retired, as an electrician, I worked on a few Power Plants under construction...
Heat stressing is something, done by the electricians, with electrical heaters warped around all very large iron pipes, welded by the pipe fitters, in the building of electrical generating plants. It molecularity restructures all of the weld metal into the pipe metal. So now you know that what you did with the rosebud is very good to add stencil strength, and prevent failure, to your welds.
Love you guys... 🥰
Excellent video guys....how's Dinners diet going AND.....what ever became of the thieves that stole the building supplies???... are they caught ??.... please advise !!!...... great cam shot and editing .....thanks for sharing this
I told my wife to embrace her mistakes she hugged me! Thanks for sharing
Running out of tubing on your first bending project? Who saw that coming!
That happens the first couple times ! Keep up the the good work dudes and have fun!!!
Demri rocks! She is beautiful and fun. Thanks for including her in more of your videos.
The boss made my morning. "The whole thing is crooked." 😅
This is an awesome series! Gonna be fun to drive. Too cold? No problem. The fire in the dash will warm your toes and defrost the windshield. You all are fun to watch! God bless you all!
Robby it's 2023 we can't say Dago anymore Demri is gon' have to put you in time out. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's like y'all have been bending tubing your whole life. I'm really enjoying the build. The Broncstar is going to be awesome when it's done.
The match on the price of the auction on the plantain door was wonderful.
I love custom fabricated vehicles of all types, I appreciate the time, energy, and effort that made them. I’m especially enjoying the mini rollercoaster of a journey that is the Bronc⭐️!
Robby, I live at Rapaura in Marlborough, where all the wine comes from. Huge respect for Mitchel for finishing one of our Iron Man events. They are a whole other level toughness.
Robby count yourself lucky buddy. The Boss is a great partner in life and in business. You got a great crew and friends.
I’ve wondered why you are putting so much effort and money into the Bronkstar. It just dawned on me you are using it to learn on. It makes perfect sense to me now! I’m a littler slow on the uptake!
Hey Robby. You most likely won't see this comment but I wanted to say that it's awesome you put that little Easter egg on the very end of your "description " section down on the bottom to your babies telling them "Daddy loves you." That's awesome man. One proud daddy to another!
Thank you!!!
everyone needs a friend like dinner. such a wholesome guy. Great job on the videos robby and the team.
Hi to Robby, gang and Mitchell. I live in Taupo and the town sure gets busy when events, such as when the Iron Man takes place. Thanks for visiting Mitchel and hopefully you were well received by the citizens of Taupo.
Pineapple Lumps are a New Zealand staple at any party. an absolute favourite .... I now live in South Australia and I miss them so much!!! I used to live in Tokoroa which is just 40 minutes north of Taupo and have often seen the Ironman comp...
Good to see you working on so many projects at the same time....
New Zealand, yes -- not Taupo tho (lovely place i gotta say; lived & worked around there for a few years)
Hey Robbie ! Loving the Bronkstar build, nice to see Hillbilly get in on the builds, he deserves it for sure ! Can't wait to see how this build goes and the finished product! thanks for all the great videos ! Cheers from New Brunswick, CAN.
Robby, Pascall is not Pass-call, it's a short A sound. Pass-cl is probably the easiest way to portray it. And yes, Pascall Pineapple lumps are awesome, we have them in Australia too :)
When I built the few cages and chassis supports that I have done, I always used a straight edge, strings, wire, and a temporary frame (2x lumber mostly, built square and plumb around the area you're building to, basically just like it would be if you crated the truck up, but just the rails), so I could have a reference to find my angles and intersections in 3 dimensions, to keep the tubing square to the frame and body. Easy to use a small nail and tie a string across so you can measure from one plane to another, and then mark and measure your angles for bends.
We have Pineapple Lumps here in Australia as well. The fact Robbie even got one is a miracle. They disappear in our house in minutes.
Chuck them in the freezer 🤙
"Everything is perfect! I'm genuinely a little bit surprised!" Robby, i like your style! Thats what a humble man would say! Greets from Germany!
If you’re planning on keeping the 2.9L word of warning there’s always vacuum line problems with them that messes up the idle and the throttle cable is probably stretched and needs some zip ties for spacers behind the gas pedal. Not the best engines but I think they’re interesting, they’re from Cologne, Germany and were for the European market originally. Tons of info on therangerstation forum for these trucks.
Secret project is that limo you bought? I love how hillbilly comes last lol😂. Small tires etc
I'm watching from New Zealand and can confirm that Pineapple Lumps are good. There is also another brand also here that makes Pineapple Chunks (Basically the same but one is more crunch, the other more chew).
I hope Mitchel also tried Whittakers Chocolate while here! Or ideally Whittakers Peanut Slabs!
I definitely like the progress you guys have made on the Bronc Star.
In my opinion Hillbilly might want to reconsider not having heat and AC since he is married and he may want his wife to ride in it.
I am curious about the secret project and my guess is it involves that jacked up limo I seen a glimpse of on big tires
Gidday Robby and team. I come from New Zealand, but live in Germany... Does that count? We had a holiday home in Taupo, so spent a lot of time there.
Love watching your videos. Am amazed how much you do!
The BroncStar is gonna do a great job, and I'm eager to see it in action!!!
You're still young, as you get older, you will learn what 4inches looks like compared to 12inches.
You got got this..
Friend just got back from New Zealand and brought me pineapple lumps back as a pressy. I Iived in NZ for 14 years and will return one day but living in Scotland at the moment. It was nice to have the pineapple lumps as a reminder.
Great video!! You guys are kicking butt on the Bronc-Star. She'll be ready to crawl in no time!!!
Yes robby you have people from new zealand watching you love your work
Can't wait to see you guys bring the Bronc-Star 🌟 back up the mountain ⛰ you guys tried going up before the start of the build! To see how far she'll go! 🤘 🫡
Yep from NZ hope you enjoyed your stay
Just watched the Sunday Fab Rats' video, I think Paul just gave away Robby's secret build. Paul said they were challenged to a demolition derby and Robby was going to be one of his teammates along with Matt.
Your bender is horizontal. Keep the weld seam on top or bottom, or vertical.
You don’t want to stretch or compress the weld seam if possible.
Great channel, we love watching.
Hillbilly is still a youngster, one day he's gonna appreciate a little heat.
A kiwi here From New Zealand, Aotearoa, land of the long white cloud, Have been to Toupo, pronounced "Toe-paw" in the native Maori language, and I love pinapple lumps
Very nice job Robby and Hillbilly Coming along nicely
I keep waiting for Ian from Four Wheeler on Motor Trend On-demand to chime in about all this is wrong.🤣🤭
New Zealand fan here. Live in Napier about a hour south of Taupo. Love your work etc.. Your channel is the one a watch the most now 🖖
"Hi its me I'm the problem its me" relatable
Masterful bends on the A pillar detail... Usually takes me a few aw shucks and a few more trial and error on mine😂😂😂
Dinner is starting to swim in those shirts, keep up the work my guys.❤
You guys are rocking it out. nice job, great channel.
Lovin these crawler builds you guys are working on. Keep these videos coming 👍👍👍
Hillbilly: If you'd've read the instructions.
Robby: He's right.
Da Boss: Neither one of you read the instructions.
That right there, my friends, is a prime example of the kettle calling the pot black.
This is good stuff!
The Bronc star is coming along nicely, great video guys!
From New Zealand here.
Didn't know about the competition in Toupo.
Am in Wellington 🎉🎉
Thanks guys. Keep it up.
Slowly but surely this thing is getting to look pretty cool!
Coming along nicely. Good job.
I'm from Wellington New Zealand we have the hardest ironman in the world good on him for completing it. Pineapple lumps are just awesome I love eating them lol.
Yes, it fun to se you building the car!
Love fabrication. Can’t wait to see it finished.
Yep I'm watching from New Zealand. Love your channel.
Good stuff as always!
Thanks for sharing 😊.
Yum, Pineapple Lumps are awesome. He did well to finish the Taupō Iron man race. Cheers from NZ
6:33 You missed a golden opportunity there.
You should have added those calculations and the X-Files soundtrack just as the camera was zooming in! 🤣🤣🤣
Great idea. Gonna try that
Good work guys. 😊as always. 👌.
Da fire is fire no need to ask whats burning.Well done on the pipes
Definitely needs the AC and heat. Have to run heat in winter with AC to stop foggy windows. I hope this still looks like a B2!
The set-up on the bronkstar is epic
Using the bronco for practice for the Toyota great idea and great video keep up the good work God bless from GA and stay safe

So Wise , Thank You
Like the fellar who fell off the Empire State Building on his way down - SO FAR, SO GOOD!!
20 Million Viewer!!!!! Robby sounds so intoxicated when you run the vid at 0.75x. Classic!
Nice Dixxon! I’ve been collecting those for 3 years now. I have an obscene amount! I can wear a different one every day of the winter. Lol!!
Just can't wait to see the bronc star ready to go!!!!
Amazing job learning as you go 👍
Born and raised new zealander right here 👌
Can’t wait to get it done 👍😀
Great to see Dinner again
Anne from New Zealand here. Not from Taupo, but Dannevirke, still in the North Island. Love your channel. Always cheers me up😊
Ran into Mitchell at the ironman, because he was wearing a Roby Laytion Nation shirt. I've got a great picture of Micthell just after he crossed the finish line, if he wants it.
It’s a good thing you have hillbilly and Matt has Tom Tom, since both of you have plans in your heads for your builds.
I am from New Zealand! The builds and cars you work on are something we just dont get here and no way we could just chop and weld a frame then still drive on the road legally
BroncStar is going to be a class above when it's all done being expertly rebuilt!
Demri, the voice of reason!
Awesome video guys!
I am NOT from NZ ! But I have been there in 1970 ! USN . Nice video with good progress . Thanks for sharing !
You wouldn't be able to identify him in the 'Iron Man' suit Robby.😆
