10:00 Get rubber grommets for the bed legs so they don’t squeak when you sleep on them.
You need to make a gap on the wall cots to make room for the mattress and or bedding to fit between the cot and the wall. Love you guys. 😂🤣

Your rig is coming along. The problem with the voting for me it almost everyone that is in the challenge this year are my favorite RUclips channels so it is hard to choose.
That's the same issue I have. I'm voting for Colt and Rory because I have an AMC Eagle and I like that they're building an AMC Pacer.

The cab looks awesome! The back and rest looks unfinished to me. Great place for OnX to start.
In a previous video they mentioned that they were going to wrap the back. Maybe they are going to incorporate onX memeber names with the black wrap. It still looks unfinished, you can even see rust on the roof. I'm pretty sure they will eventually wrap the back end.
The work on the Bus Front looks fantastic. Great video.

I'm not sure but I believe that you can use their app to map other trails ! You might check to if you can do that !
one thing you didnt taken in account with the fold up bed / morgue table , you havent made hinge far enough away from the wall to fit a matrass in between when folded up , you could put some belts around the fold up bed and slap the matrass to the bottom before you buckle it up could use that as a backrest if you put a seat under the bed ) but having a bit more space between bottom and wall would be better

I love that alignment tool that you're using. I've always used the tape measure on my 86 Toyota pickup. And it's always done a good job, but, I love that tool you got for Alignment.

I have a 2001 F350 super duty dully than I have to chase all over the road also. You drive it not sit back and relax. Like herding cattle at times. Sean does fantastic work. Hope you can hold on to him.

If the bus needs constant steering input. The steering gear box might need to be tightened or replaced.
I experienced the same issue on my e450 rv.

Old school canvas cots and maybe some hooks for hammocks would save room and weight?

This has been another awesome project! Nice work, peeps! LOVE the bus! She looks awesome!! ...except it really needs duals in the back! Looks kinda wimpy/silly with singles tucked in on the back axle. Just my opinion. 😁

Great looking work just thought about your bunk bed platform. It appears that you forgot to space the platform when folded up for a mattress or are you using an air mattress?
Just so that you know, if you put your toe in .02 degrees (not much) it will help keep it from wondering. If there's another problem, it won't fix it but it should help.

Typical RL the reason I stopped watching long ago (A) projects don't get completed, (B) projects like the on x bus break down 10 seconds after completed and I get to watch Casey Ladell recover it.

What is the tool you use for heat shrinking? Looking for an alternative that isn’t huge for my business, looks like the perfect tool
