I’m getting kittens tomorrow.
That’s the momma to our 3 others. I found her in the barn starving and in bad shape. Lured her to the back porch where we kept her and fed her until she was healthy. Then she ended up with kittens and of course our kids wanted to keep them all. Lost 2 of them but still have 3 boys left. They are great barn cats that keep the mice down around here. Love having them around!

Those jconcepts monster truck tires are pretty sweet they are just shy of the injoras. They might b smaller but they are so nice I have them on smasher I think they would look so good on k5
Yeah I never picked those up just cause I had so many around by the time they released. Wouldn’t mind having a set for checking out but I’ve got too many now as is lol

Monster truck tires definitely wont work with a stock body/shell or long extended wheel hex right?

I tried adding some to mine last night and the stock springs are just to soft. With the torque twist it kept coming down on them so I guess I need stiffer shocks maybe? 🤷🏻
What are the tools you have for the wheels? My tools don't work with a few beadlocks I have, there too thick

Does anyone make diff covers for the fcx24's? Will be getting the k5 soon. But I have the blue power wagon and want blue anodized diff covers.
That’s what I do when I get a truck. Lift it up and add monster truck tires! I do want the Blazer body but why would you take the cap off mud bogging? Then your passengers will get covered in mud. lol

I found your channel recently and must say the content is superb. I was wondering, from a pure performance standpoint what would you
say is the most capable 1/18 - 1/24 crawler car/build in your opinion/experience?
My favorite to drive because it’s one of my most capable is definitely my hard park Rc dementor build. It has the fcx24 axles with scx24 transmission so I get lots of wheel speed but with the brushless motor have good slow crawl control. My new ax24 build on the Furitek angry sparrow chassis is probably gonna give it a run. You can take a stock ax24,swap the motor & servos, switch to a smaller batter and decease the stock esc/receiver to make it much better. I have a video on how I improved mine for $50 or less and it will keep up with most decked out rigs. The fcx24 is just soooo much fun with the 2 speed out of the box. It can be made very capable as well but the weight of the two speed with the extra servo hurts it at times for custom builds.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?
I’d say at least 30 mins of crawling. Depends how hard you are on the throttle but it’s got a long run time. I never pay much attention really. Have plenty batteries and rarely need more than 1-2 in a session.

Yeah I got another email this morning that all codes were being disabled. Kinda a dumb move by fms if you ask me but it is what it is. They like to confuse us as much as possible.

@@jrmbtr yeah I hate it for ya. They’ve said that from now on they won’t be allowing discount codes on any new releases for the first year of the release. I’m hoping that changes because a year is just too long imo
