Bhai agar dreams bhi aa rahe na chahe vo sweet ho ya bure dreams dreams hote usme bhi kahin na kahin mind ko rest nhi milta... aap dekh lena aap 6/7 ghante sokar bhi fresh feel nhi karoge...lekin meditation karne wale ko jyada neend ki jarurat nhi hoti aur vo always fresh feel karta...mai kewal 4 ghante sota hu mujhe isse jyada neend ki jarurat nhi kyonki guru nanak dev ji ne bhi kaha tha ke शरीर ki neend kewal 4ya 5 ghante ki hoti usse jyada jo bhi sota vo sab uske mind ke rest less ness ke karan hoti..agar mind relex hai toh neend jyada nhi chahiye

1.walk on the heels
2.pull ears
Open shut ears
3.Coin press- 3 finger down from. wrist press it with thumb
4.Gyan mudra- touch thumb and index finger for 1 min( energy flows)
5.paws open close
6.lay down on floor join your toes

Are aap sab logon ko itni neend ki problem kaise aati hai? Mere ko to only jab Fan ki bahut aawaz ho ya phir Bahut Hot weather ho to hi thodi dikkat hoti hai.
Next day mera important exam ho ya kuch bhi important office related work ho phir bhi mere upar uska kuch bhi asar nahi hota. Easily neend aa jati hai. Stress, tension never ever hampers my sleep.
Phaltu me main aisi cheezon ka tension kabhi bhi leta nahin. 7-8 Hrs easily sleep ho jaati hai.
Aisi hi sound sleep mujhe hamesha milti rahe & meri physical & mental health hamesha achhi rahe, main mentally & physically hamesha healthy rahoon Aisi meri wish hai.

Aaj se 10 saal pehle mujhe bahut dikkat thi sone me kyonki mind bahut chalta tha fir mujhe meditation ka pta chala ke vo shuru karne ke baad toh sirf neend hi nhi jindgi hi bdal gyi....raat ko bad pe sone se 10 minit pehle aap aaram se dhyan me bethiye kuch karne ki jarurat nhi kyonki sab vicharo ka khel hai isliye isko meditation se dur kiya ja sakta

You pretty missed the most important points:
1. Avoid Social media /phone at least two hours before you go to sleep
2. Shallow breathing once you lie down on the bed
3. Eating meal before sunset pretty much 3 hours before you hit the bed
4. We need to start using yellow bulb once you enter your room to go to bed for sleep , people have forgotten how our dada daadis used to have yellow lights /globes in there room ( go old school )
5.Use cotton blankets or cotton covers to make .. pretty much u used be sleeping on a cotton bed sheet and taking cotton over yourself as well
These are the few things which I started doing few yrs ago and made a massive difference

मैं टीचर हूं और घर से ही जाॅब करती हूं तो सारे घरेलू काम भी करती हूं ये सोच कर कि थकान की वजह से नींद आ जाएगी, लेकिन मुझे महीनों तक नींद नहीं आती बस पूरी रात दिमाग़ में कुछ न कुछ चलता रहता है। मेरी उम्र अभी 27साल है मुझे लगता है मैं पागल हो जाऊंगी।

मेरे दिमाग में कोई प्लैनिंग तो नहीं चलती लेकिन आंख लगते ही बेकार के, बिना किसी मतलब सपने आने शुरू हो जाते हैं और सुबह आंख खुलने तक चलते ही रहते हैं। मुझे सारी रात कोई प्लानिंग नहीं बल्कि आम सपने तंग करते हैं, जोकि सारी रात चलते हैं।
