    This is my favorite so far. It didn't aggravate my bicep tendinitis yet still can feel the stretch in my shoulders. I will return to this one often - thank you!

    I enjoy your yoga classes, but am curious why you only offer 20 minute or less chair yoga. Many people who need chair yoga have collapsed arches and wear orthotics so regular floor yoga is not an option or they have knee issues; however, many are quite capable of one hour classes. Others teach 45 minute to one hour yoga classes in the chair.

      My goal in creating chair yoga classes was to provide a brief respite for individuals during their workday, particularly for those participating in my Zoom corporate yoga sessions. I have noticed an increased demand for extended chair yoga classes, so I am considering offering 30, 45, and even 60-minute chair yoga flow classes on our RUclips channel.
