Mat and his dad are the best RUclips duo ever. One of the best "car" RUclips channels because they are real and entertaining.
His Dad is the most famous car RUclipsr who's name is unknown 😅
He has to legally change his name from Tony to "Matts Dad"
Mat's really the only car building channel I watch anymore because you get to see a build from start to finish.
I absolutely adore Mat and his dad Tony; even filmer Matt who has been integrated more and more, especially on the second channel. Their genuineness, positivity, enthusiasm, energy, joy, everything about their personalities are infectious. The success of his channel is not just because of the cars, but more because of their personalities. The cars are cool, their editing is great, their video ideas and format and pacing are all great, but their personalities are the key to their meteoric rise.
The only reason mats channel blew up is because of mat. Not everybody can do this, it’s mats attitude that makes his videos so addictive. Bringing his friends, partner and especially his dad on board has turned his channel into gold.
You really should have Matt's Dad on the channel. The way he laughs and reacts to all the bumps along the way is awesome and inspiring. No use in getting mad, its not gonna change 🤷♂️ cant wait to see what else u got coming up!
Their interaction’s are a huge part of the success imo, they both just have that “it” factor and they truly love spending time together. I tried watching a Stradman video and just couldn’t with his over the top delivery, Matt and his Dad are just being themselves while having a lot of fun.

i can so relate to the story about the bently gt being parked next to super expensive cars. i once rebuilt an VW Beetle and was requested to come park in the VIP show-room parking type thing, next to Ferraris and Porches, infact my car was parked right between a porsche and lambo that feeling is amazing. then my Beetle got stolen a few weeks later 😥😭

I would like to make a series of stories about high-speed stops by the you managed to talk your way out of a ticket or arrest. I have atleast 4-6 stories of such events.
I swear I used to have this thing where an English accent just drove me nuts I couldn't stand listening to them even talk but I love Matt and his dad his channel is awesome and they're amazing guys glad you could have them on

14:55 pro IT tip. it’s not just an ethernet cable. the port on the ECU is serial that can be wired up in to a cable that goes to rj45 or ethernet. so yes not a common ethernet cable

I live in Bilbao. I can go in so many stores to buy an ethernet cable. Stores that are everywhere in Spain and also local stores. smh
It wasn’t really a Ethernet cable by definition, it would have had an ODB connector one end and a USB the other.
