Man, I really need to get back on the Nintendo train. I played Paper Mario on the Wii, but that's probably the most recent I've got. With all the improved graphics and concepts, the final battle with the two Bowsers in this game was really bad ass.
This game has an awesome final boss. And the music😍

The new ultimate Bowser made his first and last appearance after Paper Bowser absorbs his paper minions.
BOWSER IS BRUTAL IN THIS FINAL BOSS BATTLE. It seems a lot harder than other ones in the Mario RPG series. Well, Superstar Saga being an exception.
really, other games have the bosses attack multiple times per turn, this one didn't have anything special. Cacletta had 2 phases and made you start at 1 hp, elder princess shroob had 2 phases and made you memorize things for multiple turns, dark bowser (sort of) had 2 phases and had 2 fights going at once, and dreamy bowser had a turckload of health and minions. this one had 2 phases that was it. I mean the armor was tough to go through but bowser spent a turn healing the armor.
i disagree. counterattacks are powerful in this thing and you call bowser brutal? Pfft

Cackletta's Soul can be oneshot instakilled, and can be easily outsped, Bowletta is irrelevant due to how easy she is to kill, plus endless attacks.
Elder Princess Shroob is downed by Mix Flowers, crown disabling is super easy to do, endless attacks that are somehow easier.
Dark Bowser is 2 Shot, then the core can be 2 turn killed via magic mirror and it's absolute brokenness, and the amount of stupid gear BiS has.
Dreamy Bowser's health pool ain't too big, plus the healing can be canned in like 1 turn to aoe attacks (I use drop chopper)

If we assume the chain chomp is around the height of 3 Marios, then it’s around 15 feet tall. I think it’s safe to assume that the Chain Chomp’s body is made of iron. A cubic foot of iron is 491 lb/ft^3, so multiplying that by 15^3 ft^3 yields a result of 1,657,125 pounds, or 828.5625 tons. Morton just threw nearly 5/6 of a kiloton of weight at the Mario Bros. That’s insane!
That background is awesome for the final fight. Also I could listen to that music forever.

Paper Mario's journey would continue in Color Splash while, Mario and Luigi's journey ends here (Because the next two games are just remakes and Alpha Dream went bankrupt shortly after). It was a good run for these two while it lasted.
If they ever do a expanded re-issue of this game (and why not; they just did one for Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story), they should find a way to work Paper Luigi into it. After all, he wasn't even mentioned ONCE in the final product, despite being a regular presence in the Paper Mario series.
If you get all 8 Excellents in the record boxes, you'll see all characters in the screen where it thanks you for playing.
My best thing for fighting Wendy and Roy is when Wendy got hit by Roy's rock and start have a beat down on Roy

I was really hopping that the book would burn or be destroyed ending the Paper Mario series. I never liked the idea of turning Mario, Bowser co. into paper. Oh well at least they aren't the REAL Mario and co. and that's great!!! Also EXTREMELY glad that the Paper series isn't canon or even the real Mario.
Not a fan of the ending... Bowser's Inside Story was 100 times better. Anyway this game is very good, Mushroom Kingdom at it's purist seeing there are no original characters. These are the only reasons stopping me from giving it a 10/10.

+NintenU No, no it isn't. A good thumbnail would've simply stated that this is the final boss without SHOWING it. If GameXplain can do it and still get several hundreds of thousands of views, you can too.
And how does it spoil the enjoyment? Because you're showing the final boss! Some of us like being surprised. Yes, okay, we kind of knew that the final boss in the game would be Bowser, but it's always nice to see how that plays out. To experience how the final boss will look or play out is part of the fun when playing the game and experiencing that first hand. Videos like this with the thumbnails flat out SHOWING what the final boss looks like totally spoils that experience.
Yes, not EVERYONE is like that, but clearly some of us still like an element of surprise, and it's just a nice gesture when you DON'T spoil the final boss. You may not see the importance of it, but your video shows up in our "recommended" feeds, and ruins it for those who DO like that element of surprise.

:3 i was grinding minions and it took forever but now im lvl 100 and i can copy 10 while my attack damage is over the limit 136 damage without copy with copy meas it will be 4 times the damage so i only use bro attacks and trio and my items are so much
you rlly need to grind and then fight bowser it well be -SUPER- easy

By going to the Lakitu building and fighting all the non-papercraft bosses I think. If that doesn't work try fighting the papercraft ones too. BTW you have to go through a pipe in the Lakitu building and go to the arcade machine with a picture of Petey Piranha on it.
