    Just did this after a busy morning of cleaning. Felt good to go back to basics. This video brought me back to my first classes in pilates 10 years ago at my seniors centre. All the proper techniques….especially the breathing. She was very much like you Rachel. That teacher unfortunately had to stop teaching because of some sad family circumstances. All the subsequent pilates teachers I had after at my never taught the breathing. Or the very still pelvis. She use to say, think about having a bowl of soup or cup of tea on our tummy (sometimes a glass of wine 🥰). You want to move….pelvic tilt, toe taps, and not have the bowl/cup move and spill the contents. Made you very conscious of keeping your core engaged, and your pelvis still.

    Thanks for the beneficial refresher, Rachel! The reminder to focus on the importance of making small adjustments to do the exercises correctly was most helpful.     I just completed this following your 10 min standing Pilates ( my first in months) and it feels so great to be staring from the beginning again! I’m inching back in hopefully to get back to the Intermediate level. Your the best Rachel ❣️Thank You🥰

    Hi, I'm a complete newbie today. I'm amazed how much my muscles feel worked, even after small movements. This is exactly what I've been looking for. I've always done cardio style workouts but I am lacking core strength. Really looking forward to learning as I go. Thank you x

    I love this workout. Are we supposed to be in a Keagle as we hold our pelvic floor? I would love a Keagle series.

    Hello rachel. I've been following your videos for quite some time ,excellent. As I am having even more problems with osteoporosis, I would like to know if you could include some more videos targeting that specific problem, maybe with very light weights?     I could not join the live class yesterday. My daughter was here. And I enjoyed spending time with her.
    Did it just now.
    Rachel, when I put my legs in table top position my diastasis recti pops out. It's really frustrating after all that time. Guess I have to see a doctor for this one.
    It is so helpful, when you say when to breath in and out. ❤❤❤

      Hi Marion, I have just filmed a diastasis recti recovery vidoe for you. I will get it edited and out to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, it would be advsiable for you to see a specicialist. I think you need to reduce your mat work exercise for now and do this video at least three times a week: ruclips.net/video/S-9mB_WcSXw/видео.htmlsi=emt3sIQKsaBjp4wz It will help you focus on the more tinternal structures of your core and has no exercises that will increrase or exacerabe the disastasis. These exercises I use use for early stage rehab of the diastasis and would highly recommend them for you ❤️❤️❤️
