- Join me for a 25 minute Full Body pilates workout with the resistance band. A mixed level workout that increases muscle activation to improve your strength, mobility and flexibility and a great addition to any fitness regime. A wonderful workout for toning and sculpting the muscles, building core strength and giving you a healthier, stronger body. We'll be adding lots of stretches too. ❤️

I would be very happy if you would share more beginner-intermediate workouts in the future. Some beginner exercises are very easy to do but many intermediate exercises are hard for me, so it would be nice to do some workouts between beginner and intermediate. I like longer 25-30-40-minute workouts if I know I move every part of my body with them.

I agree with the comment below, this is the best band workout I have done. I usually find them so boring but I enjoyed this one even though I found it difficult. I am suffering with discomfort in my left hamstring and found the leg stretching really good. Thank you!
