  • Join Meg from AIM Fitness for a full body flow workout to help keep you flexible, strong, and mobile! You will need your weights or cans for this class. Follow along with Meg and enjoy the music. There is no talking or explanations. Follow along and do what you can safely.
    If you want to improve your flexibility, full body strength, and work on your balance, then this video is for you!
    As we age, it's especially important to build strength for everyday tasks, work on flexibility to prevent injury, and maintain mobility in order to move around pain-free and with ease. This is a workout suitable for Adults 50+, Seniors, or beginners and those with Osteoporosis.

    I have to do this one in pieces but it's a fun challenge. Nice to do aerobics without being shouted at to push harder, reach farther like they did back in the day last time I did aerobics. Thank you, Meg

    Hi. Its a great work out I always follow from the neck and shoulder exercise and ends with the whole balance body exercise .Thank you Meg. I am 83 yrs old but I still can join your exercise. ❤

    Great workout, just the right speed and difficulties for over 55.
    Any stretches you could recommend for fibromyalgia and restless leg sindroame would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Meg, enjoyed the workout, but wanted to let you know the video was not clear, it was pixelated and would blur off and on. Checked two other you tube sites and the videos were clear. Thought you’d like to know.
