Today. As I said my name is Ms Jay Miller. I was concerned about pain. I am going to keep doing your videos. This is #2 “10 Minute Stretches”. I’m in less pain after this one. Wonderful stretches, I have had to take a huge step back from normal exercise due to arthritis and other issues I git. These stretches really worked for me!

I am trying to exercise at least twice per day minimum more if I can. I also dance 4 times a week to help with my bone density. Thanks for that one,was looking for a stretch for the calf of one leg.I love to do a full body stretch before arising from bed in the morning. I can’t do it anymore, because I get a very large painful knot in it & it is very sore the rest of the day,sometimes longer. Hoping the stretching for the calf will help.I am a 78 yr.old with osteoporosis. l only started these exercises with you a few wks.ago.Thanks
