    For your reference I am using two sets of dumbbells- one set of 5kg/ 6.6lb and a set of 7.5kg /11lb.
    We have 80s of work between each set so you are expected to fatigued, towards the end. If that’s the case drop down your reps and really focus on quality form. I really hope you enjoy yourself today.

    I loved this one! The workout definitely became more challenging as it progressed. I loved the back to back superset format. I burned 226 calories 🔥

    Nice change of pace! I do prefer moving between upper and lower body movements instead of all upper body first then all lower body. For me personally it feels like too much overload and repetitive. But I still appreciate the workout! ❤

    Hi Olivia! 👊🫶 I'm still with you. Everything about you is top-notch. Your workout videos fit like perfection, and I can't wait to meet you again on the mat soon. My husband is going in for surgery to remove the cancer that he has been fighting for the past year +. I lost my best friend and my co-pilot, Bjon, my beloved German Shepherd, 3 weeks ago, got hit by a car and died at the er vet with severe internal injuries. He helped me. And now my heart is forever broken without him. Being on the mat with you and on my knees before God is what gets me through nearly every day. Keep up the hard work. Keep shining your light. The world needs it. We're all n this together fighting the good fight🌱🔥🪖💪🙏 with ❤ from a small town in Oregon with one blinking yellow light.
