This gives me a idea of a story taking back ventriloquism's roots with a necromancer crafting Vent-Figures resembling deceased people which gives perfect ideas for "Dummy coming to life" stories with the soul of the deceased person actually inhabiting the vent-figure's body which then again it also goes back to the original purpose of dolls being vessels/containers of souls (which can be used to transfer the soul to a another body) which kinda goes hand and hand in the end.
if you watch the dummy in the white shirt in the background while the dude being interviewed is talking, when it cuts to a scene of something he's talking about, then back to him being interviewed, the dummy in the background has moved only slightly, harmless i know but awesomely creepy in a subtle way hahaha

I purchased one of the dolls from this movie in LA from a prop company sale, and still have him today.

This video may leave the impression that Tony did not do the voice of Fats - but Tony did do the voice.
You can tell he did the voice, because, at a certain volume or range, Tony's voice sounded the same. The thing was teaching the ventriloquism.
