    This is amazing seeing this 1943 was even a year before my brother Murray was born in 1944, and 5 years before I was born in 1948

    The ventriloquist is Peter Brought. Later he became famous with a different dummy……Archie Andrews

      Being on radio he didn’t need to keep up his technique, and probably just did the voice the normal way to make sure it was clear and his diction was perfect
      Of course, tv later was very unforgiving with close up angles too

      At around 1:07 the gent demonskates trite nicely. But if it makes you feel better I had first thought he called out for "Farman".
